This is a newly built house and as a result is very modern and up to date. The furnishings are of a very high standard. Downstairs comprises of a spacious open plan living area overlooking the pool. At the rear of the property; leading from the kitchen, is an additional patio area with outside shower. All the bedrooms have ample fitted wardrobes with air conditioning.

The private pool has lights and a waterfall feature together with ample sun beds, parasol table and chairs. Non-residents may also make use of the hotel pools & facilities in the surroundings areas.
Private balcony off the master bedroom overlooking the pool also has table and chairs.

The villa is only minutes walk away from the Restaurants, bars and shops of Protaras town centre. For those whose sole intention is relaxation Protaras' beaches are the best on the island; one inparticular is Fig tree bay which is only 10 mins walk. Other popular sandy coves with crystal clear water are a matter of meters away.

Have stayed at another villa in the area and wanted to stay in the same vicinity. Always had the best of service from Mark. Just off the main Protaras strip, where we have stayed before, so was a nice change. Nothing better than coming off the beach and stopping off at one of the many bars for a couple of drinks before going home to get ready for a night out. The strip has everything - supermarkets, bakery, restaurants and bars - so if you do fancy a night at home you can easily pick up a few bits from the supermarket on the way back from the beach. There is a BBQ at the rear of the property and plunge pool at the front. Nice to sit by the pool having breakfast! Also at the top of the road there is a 24 hour supermarket - just in case you run out of wine or beer! |

Front of PIAH Villa is fine although we were unable to use pool every day due to cloudyness of water which was resolved but meant us waiting in for maintenance guy. Also a couple of damp patches inside, dealt with swiftly but again was asked to wait in for (very friendly) maintenance chap. Nice airy rooms with essential aircon and well equipped kitchen. The biggest disappointment was the rear of the apartment where we cooked on the BBQ most nights - it backed onto a half constructed set of apartments (at the time - August 2011 - this may now have changed but I would check with the owner) which I found to be unnerving and intimidating and they were in extremely close proximity. This was NOT mentioned by the owner in conversation or anywhere in the advert. Having said that we had a very enjoyable holiday and can confirm that PIAH Villa is within walking distance of main street in Protaras, the beach (which is gorgeous) and the bus stop where you can hop on and off for a Euro each! |
