There are a variety of attractions in both Pernera and Protaras to offer all age groups, you will find them mixed in amongst the palm trees.
The golden coast Beach can be entered from the centre of Pernera. The beach has been awarded with blue flag awards for its cleanliness, crystal waters, sandy beaches and safety. An ideal family beach, with water sports available at one end of the beach and a lifeguard post as well.

This semi detached contemporary villa consists of three spacious bedrooms, two with double beds and one with twin beds. All of the rooms have built in wardrobes and air conditioning facilities and two of the rooms have balcony access. The twin room has the added advantage of an extra television for watching dvd’s.
The living room and kitchen area are open plan and the property is 216Square meters. There are plenty of facilities available, books both fiction and nonfiction, games for all ages and a nintendo wii console. To go alongside there is also a dvd player, stereo system, wifi internet services and local satellite tv.
An additional feature to the villa is the extra security locks on the windows and fly screens fitted throughout.

One of the most important features is the pool area, a nice size 8 x 3m swimming pool, landscaped gardens, parasols and sun loungers. There is plenty of space in the garden are to enjoy relax on the outdoor sofa area or dine alongside the built in BBQ under the pergola area. There is a large patio with table and seating for six and small lanterns to create an atmospheric mood.

The Famagusta region

If you venture in to the older towns you will see many older men, sitting with friends, playing the local game of 'tavli' also known as backgammon and drinking 'frappe' which is like a cold coffee. This ideal reas been built in a horse shoe shape close to the shore line. Known as the land of the windmills the resort has been a thriving tourist resort for many years. There are a variety of attractions in both Pernera and Protaras to offer all age groups, you will find them mixed in amongst the palm trees.
For families, there is the water park for a splashing day out or if you are feeling even more energetic there is the mini crazy golf. At the ocean aquarium you can see all your favorite animals, including the penguin…
Don’t forget in Protaras there is Karaoke, live Greek dancing shows throughout the season, magic dancing waters and a variety of water sports on offer. These coastline resorts offer a variety of shops and taverns, bars and cafes to keep you entertained. You cannot help but fall in to the relaxed and calming pace of live as you meander through the streets of Protaras and Pernera

Larnaca airport is the closest to the villa being just a 45 minute drive along the motorway,with Paphos around 120 minutes.
Driving is on the left and the roads are not very busy which makes hiring a car a great way to explore this fantastic island.
