On the ground level there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with tub/shower. Downstairs one will find the guest suite which includes a bedroom, bathroom, and a private lounge area with TV. The second floor and roof top deck is where all the excitement is with a large open concept kitchen flowing onto a spacious living area and covered patio. A sweeping staircase leads up onto the rooftop deck where one can experience views that are out of this world. The roof top is perfect for relaxing, tanning or having a barbecue.

The St James Parish region
Barbados is a coral island and the most easterly of the Caribbean islands. It enjoys a tropical climate, invitingly-warm emerald and blue seas and glorious white sandy beaches.
The island was first settled by the British in 1627 and for more than three centuries was a British colony, gaining independence in 1966. It still retains much of its British feel for here you will find cricket, polo, Anglican churches, horse-racing and so much more. Even with its heritage Barbados has a distinctly Caribbean flavour with brightly painted chattel houses and sugar cane fields that still cover much of the island.
Today Barbados is a prosperous, progressive and cosmopolitan island with a strong character of its own and a natural charm. Barbadians are friendly, fun loving and rightfully proud of their island. Their warm welcome will always make you feel very much at home.
Beautiful beaches, all of which are open to the public, range from the tranquillity of the spectacular east coast to the busy golden shores of the south and to the alluring beaches of the “platinum” west coast. However, if you want to escape the beaches, there is a myriad of other things to do and see, such as exploring old plantation houses, fabulous botanical gardens, a flower forest and the lively capital of Bridgetown.

Fitts village beach is 500 yards away. Paynes beach is 5 mins by car with a variety of water sports including skiing, snorkelling and wind surfing.
Golf Sandy Lane and Royal Westmorland less than 10 mins drive. Barbados Golf Club and Rockley Golf Club 30 minutes drive to the south coast.
Travel Grantley Adams International airport is a 30 minute drive from Costa Vista. We can arrange transfers (price not inculded).
Distances Fitts village is 500 yards away, while Hole Town is a 7 min drive. The capital Bridgetown is 10 mins by car. Oistins, St. Lawrence Gap and the south coast is 30 minutes drive.

Both the west and south coasts are plentifully supplied with excellent restaurants ranging from the up-market ‘The Cliff’ and ‘Restaurant at Southsea’ for value for money waterside dining. Full information regarding restaurants is available in the villa. There are several local banks. All banks will change cash and travellers cheques. No smoking and no pets allowed.
