Corner Cottage is located in Probus, mid-way between the lovely cathedral City of Truro (a 15 minute drive to the west) and St Austell, to the east.
The village offers a range of facilities including a pub, restaurants, grocery stores, butchers shop, post office, church and a great Fish and Chip shop!

Corner Cottage is an ideal touring base with excellent access to both the North and South coastlines, tranquil wooded valleys as well as Cornwall’s dramatic moorlands.
The Fal estuary and the beautiful Roseland Peninsula, with its safe sandy beaches, pretty coves and fishing villages, are a short drive away as are many of the County’s popular tourist attractions.
The spectacular Eden Project is about 10 miles away toward St Austell and many of the County's famous houses and gardens are within easy reach.

Corner Cottage is one of 5 new cottages built by the Award winning Rosemullion Homes and completed in 2006. This lovely cottage, which incorporates many traditional Cornish features and materials, provides guests with a first class self catering base.
The accommodation is for 4 (or 5) people and comprises of 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and a single), a bathroom with bath and power shower, kitchen/diner which leads out onto the patio area, a large lounge plus downstairs cloakroom. There is access to open countryside and public footpaths to the rear of the cottage and the village amenities and shops are just a few minutes walk away.
Facilities and equipment
Corner Cottage is fully equipped in order to make your stay as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. The high quality kitchen is complete with gas hob/electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave oven, toaster and washing machine.
In the lounge you’ll find a widescreen digital TV/radio and DVD player plus a selection of board games, DVDs and books for your entertainment.
Corner Cottage has gas central heating making it the perfect base for year round vacations, long weekends or short breaks.
Patio furniture and a BBQ are also provided.

Making a booking
Deposit - a deposit of 25% of the rental cost will secure your holiday booking. Full and final payment will be due 30 days before the commencement of your holiday and include a £100 returnable damages deposit.
If your holiday booking starts within 6 weeks days of the commencement date then full payment should be made on booking (rental plus damages deposit).
During busier periods the cottage is usually rented from Saturday to Saturday but at other times greater flexibility is possible as long as your stay is a minimum of 3 nights.
Short breaks and long weekend packages are also available.
At less busy times a discount is available to smaller groups (eg. 1 or 2 person occupancy).

Use of gas and electricity is included in the rental fees.
Bed linen and towels are provided at no additional cost.
Guests are kindly requested to bring and use their own beach towels.
We are sorry but Corner Cottage cannot accept pets.

Please contact us if you are interested in a long weekend or short break booking which are available during winter and low tariff bands.
For short breaks/long weekends the minimum stay is 3 nights priced at £150 (based on 2 guests). Additional guests at £20 per night.
