This cottage offers character together with a high level of comfort with central heating, dishwasher, microwave, fridge freezer and Sky TV. There is a washing machine, tumble dryer and ironing facilities in the games room, which also has a full size table tennis table. A high chair and cot are available. The large gardens are ideal for barbecues, games and also for exploring and adventure. Superb sandy beaches are 45 minutes away, and closer to home the area is ideal for walking, cycling, fishing, or horse riding.

Priziac area

Just 5 minutes walk along a tree lined lane Priziac is a small town with post office, bars, restaurants and a hotel. Just 5 more minutes walking brings you to the Lac du Bel-Air which is over 100 hectares and is used for swimming, boating and fishing during the summer months. Situated in the heart of the Morbihan countryside yet only 45 minutes from Lorient Airport and the south coast beaches, It is a very pretty area being hilly and wooded, with 2 rivers which tumble over boulders and offer very good fishing. The roads are very quiet and so suitable for cycling. The nearby town of La Faouet has banks, an Intermarche, and lots of other shops and restaurants. It also has an enormous old market hall, open at the sides where markets and other events are still held. The Thursday market in Hennebont is an experience not to be missed, the food on sale is amazing, both to snack on and to take home for later!

All rooms have country views, the double room has a washbasin/vanity unit. The bathroom is luxurious with heated towel rail and overbath shower and there are further washing/shower facilities in the games room. The large living area has a magnificent fireplace with woodburning stove and comfortable furniture, and leads into the large dining area, and well appointed kitchen. The whole property is light and airy, with very good insulation from the thick stone walls.

Further details outdoors:
A 12m x 6m heated swimming pool together with Chalet, patio and sunbeds. Outside the courtyard is sheltered and sunny, with tables and chairs, and there is another patio with tables, chairs and a barbecue in the rear gardens. The streams are ideal for messing about in, there is lots of wood to collect for bonfires, and lots of birds and wildlife to see. There are a horse, a pony and a dog to pet.

We thank you for your interest and are confident that you will have an enjoyable and relaxing time during your stay. If there is anything further you need to know please do not hesitate to ask, in the meantime please take note of the following terms and conditions of rental:-
1 We require a deposit of 10% of the total rental at the time of booking, this is non refundable.
2 The balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival. In the event of a cancellation after that date no refund will be made. You are advised to take out appropriate holiday insurance to cover unexpected eventualities.
3 It is expected that you will leave the property in the condition in which you found it. We require a security deposit of £100 to cover any damage to the contents or fabric of the gite. This sum is payable with your final payment and will be fully refunded to you within 2 weeks of the end of your stay providing everything is left in good order.
4 Normal rental period is from 3pm on Saturday until 10am on the day of departure.
5 The maximum number of persons in the gite should not exceed those stated on the booking form, unless any changes are agreed with us beforehand.
6 In the event of any damage to the gite rendering it uninhabitable for the period of the agreed let we undertake to refund any monies you have paid to us but will not be liable for any costs in excess of this.
7 You are solely responsible for the care and supervision of your children, we will not be responsible for any accidents occurring to them during their stay.
8 These are non-smoking properties.

'La Laiterie is the most well equipped gite we have ever stayed in. An idyllic central site give an ideal base for exploring a large area of Southern Brittany. Linda and Rex have a sincere interest in their guests helping them to have an enjoyable holiday. Charlotte enjoyed the horses dog and kittens. The best beaches are Guidel Plage and if you like surfing Point de la Torche near Penmarch, not to be missed
