This luxury villa which comes inclusive of daily spa treatments and the exclusive use of a 43' skippered powerboat, faces south west and enjoys panoramic views over Prickly Bay and out to the Caribbean Sea on the south west of the island.
Lawn House 3 is one of the four 5 bedroom houses on this brand new contemporary development that has only recently been completed. This spacious property, which looks out over Prickly Bay has an internal passenger lift and is laid out over 4 floors with a large roof terrace.
You will be greeted on arrival at the airport and driven to the villa where a welcome drink awaits. Keys to the villa are not required for your stay as entry to the villa is controlled through finger print recognition, so lost keys will not be a worry.

The Saint George region
The villa is located at Prickly Bay Waterside in the popular L'Ance Aux Epines area on the south corner of the island. It is a short distance from the famous Grand Anse Beach with it's good restaurants, lively bars and St George the capital of Grenada is only 15 minutes away by either car or bus.
Prickly Bay area
There are many beaches within 5 minutes drive and a PADI diving centre is located nearby and if you are adventurous there is plenty of dramatic unspoilt scenery and even a recently discovered waterfal to explore in the lush tropical rainforest in the centre of the island.
How to get there
There are regular direct flights from the UK, scheduled with both British Airways and Virgin Atlantic and charter with Monarch.
You will be greeted at The Maurice Bishop International Airport and driven to the villa. The return journey at the end of your stay is also complimentary as well.
A rental car can be delivered to the villa or collected from the airport if you prefer.

Further details indoors: On the ground floor is a wide and imposing hallway, a powder room, a fully fitted and equipped Miele kitchen with a laundry room adjacent to that with a walk in chilled room. There is a large and bright reception room with large doors that open out on to the terrace and the pool lawn.
On the first floor is the mezzanine dining area with its glass floor and a carbon fibre spiral staircase that leads back down to the reception room below. Two bedrooms are also situated on the first floor one double room with en-suite shower and also one double bedroom with an en-suite bath and shower room. The bed in this bedroom is able to be split into two separate singles if required. Both of the bedrooms have 6ft king size beds, mirrored fronted fitted wardrobes and have doors out onto a balcony.
On the second floor is the spacious master bedroom with its en-suite bath and shower room and its own balcony. This master suite also has two 2 seater sofas and magnificent views out across the bay. There are two further bedrooms on this floor that are identical in size to those on the floor below.
Two of the double bedrooms are able to be split into twin beds. Internal lift to all floors.
Further details outdoors: The roof terrace is on the third floor and gives magnificent views out over Prickly Bay. The facilities include a Jacuzzi spa tub, a gas BBQ, dining table and chairs for 10 people, one double and two single sunbathing day beds, sun umbrellas and sofas. There is also another powder room on this floor with access to a roof storage area.
The spa treatment room with its own shower and wc, is accessed from the roof terrace and is fully equipped and fitted out with a massage table, basalt stones and heater and a wide selection of natural oils.
24 hour security Tiki bar and Pizza restaurant within resort.

The rates above are per week, are payable in US$ and are fully inclusive of all the villas facilities.
The minimum stay is 7 nights, additional nights are charged on a pro rata nightly basis.
A reservation deposit of 25% is required to secure the villa for your selected weeks
The balance of the total amount due is payable 35 days prior to your arrival date and is non refundable.
A fee of 10% of the full booking cost will be deducted if a cancellation is made prior to 16 weeks before guest arrival, after that the full 25% deposit will be forfeited.
We do recommend that guests take out their own travel insurance to safeguard any possible loss of reservation deposit and flight costs if they have to make any unforeseen cancellation of a booking.
