Elvin's cottage is a luxury self-catering holiday cottage situated on 35 acres of beautiful countryside in the rural town of Presteigne which was once the county town of Radnorshire.
This traditional cottage is a listed building barn conversion of 2 double rooms 1 family room double and single bed and 1 twin room situated down a private farm road 5 mins walk into the high street of Presteigne. The cottage has an abundance of exposed beams, its quirky and full of character.
The largest room is converted into a family room offering a single bed or cot or both. A cot ,changing station ,baby bouncer, baby bath, high chair and baby crockery /cutlery is available upon request
There are plenty of exciting places to explore with easy access to the famous Offa's Dyke, Élan valley, Rhayader, Hay on Wye and the Brecon Beacons.
All rooms are equipped with their own TV, tea & coffee making facilities, heated towel rails and electric blankets for the colder nights.
Towels, personal bath mats and toiletries are supplied for guests use.
Mid/ End week cleaning arranged at £10.00 per hour Min 2Hrs
Excellent private parking for up to 3+ cars.

Presteigne was once the county town of Radnorshire and nestles in the border of Wales and England. It is surrounded by beautiful unspoilt countryside with plenty of cycle and walking routes to enjoy the scenery.
This thriving border town has many unique qualities including an array of quaint shops, scenic walks including the famous Offa's Dyke, historic church's and the Judges Lodging, which was voted among the UK's 10 best small museums.
Throughout the year Presteigne hosts many musical and art festivals. These can be found on the Presteigne website http://www.presteigne.org.uk/
The town boasts a wide selection of venues to eat. Local restaurants include the Michelin starred The Stagg Inn at Titley, The Fig Tree, The Hat Shop, The Radnorshire Arms at Presteigne and many more. Additionally there is an excellent fish & chip shop and Chinese take away.
Two mini supermarkets are open until late. There is a chemist, greengrocer and bakery/delicatessen. Hair dressers and beauticians are also present in the town.
