The North East Brazil / Rio Grande do Norte region

Now this mainly rural area as become a popular holiday destination for South Americans, and Europeans for the warm climate and beautiful unspoiled beaches.

The area is unaffected by storms or hurricanes and maintains an average day time temperature of 28c. and a sea temperature 26c.The natural coastline offers a variety of landscapes. huge dune parks, lagoons, rivers, cliffs and beaches as well as pockets of protected Atlantic forest and nature reserves. Activities available in the area include dune buggying and dune boarding, hiking, swimming, surfing, kite surfing, diving and snorkling, Kayak hire and horse riding. activities as well as boat tours and 4x4 tours are all available from Pipa.

Praia de Pipa area

Praia da Pipa is considered to be one of the most beautiful beaches in Brazil, it is a cosmopolitan and international place. There are a variety of beaches all easily accessible. Dolphins can be easily seen everyday as they fish on the incoming tide and there are protected areas for turtles. The main beach is especially safe for children and swimming. Daytime activities can all be arranged from Pipa as well as excursions and trips further afield. There is a local surf school at Madeiro beach and kite surfing at nearby Barra do Cunhau.

Pipa comes alive at night with a restaurants to suit all budgets. Simple fish soup and fresh oysters on the beach or fine dining at one of the many restaurants. Fish is plentiful, often simply grilled and the best steak from Argentina is must. Bars are relaxed places to people watch whilst sipping a caipirinha in the early evening and later for music and dancing. Shops open till late when the sun has gone down and offer a everything from high fashion to havaianas. New Year and Carnival are particularly festive times for Brazilians and Pipa has become a popular place to celebrate.

The villa is very private, not overlooked by neighboring villas. One of the swimming pools is meters away and offers shallow paddling for children and a separate shallow plunge pool. Showers and WC adjacent to pool, also loungers and barbecue with table and chairs for al fresco dining.
This is a gated condo with 24hr security and secure parking available within. All of the villas here are privately owned and few are rented so it can be very quite and private during the off season.
Due to the local climate the pools do not need heating and are maintained daily.
