Pombalero is a recently refurbished four bedroom villa situated in a small residential area called "Aldeia Turistica", just a minute’s walk from Praia da Oura’s “Strip”.
The villa is all on one level making it very user friendly for all ages. It is surrounded by spacious lawns and shaded by mature trees. The property is fenced and has a gated entrance, making it safe for families with young children
Accommodation consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room and a further two twin bedrooms sharing a separate full bathroom.
The sitting/dining room is tastefully decorated and there is satellite television, DVD player and music centre. There is direct access from this living area to the pool (9mx5m) and barbecue area where there are sun loungers, tables and chairs etc.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave amongst its list of equipment. There is a separate laundry area.
Praia Da Oura is famous for the "Strip", a long avenue with a wide selection of restaurants, bars and nightclubs.
There is maid service three times during the week.

The Algarve region
The Algarve benefits from a wonderful climate being hot and sunny throughout the majority of the spring, summer and autumns, but retaining a cooling breeze from the Atlantic.
In winter it is generally a good deal warmer than the UK and can be positively hot by our standards, but can get quite chilly, particularly in the evenings.
Praia da Oura area
The Algarve is famous for its golf courses, beautiful coastline and beaches. The nearest golf to the villa is the course at Salgados that is just a few minutes away. The choice of beaches is endless, from long sandy stretches backed with dunes to small rocky coves, some with little beach bars where you can have a leisurely lunch of barbecued sardines with a glass or two of local wine. There is a famous wetlands nature reserve nearby with an array of beautiful birds.
There are some exciting water slide parks within a five minute drive as well as the famous Zoo Marine with its wonderful dolphins. Zoo Marine is one of the only venues in Europe where you can swim with the dolphins.

How to get there
British Airways and TAP are the scheduled airlines which fly to the Algarve and there are many chartered airlines, including Easyjet which fly there as well.
