This property has everything you could need for a relaxing self-catering holiday. The complex includes 2 pools and a children’s play area within beautifully landscaped gardens, plenty of parking, banks and an Italian restaurant.
The apartment is situated on the top fllor and is easily accessible by lift. The lounge /dining room is furnished to a high standard and includes a sofa bed, allowing an extra person to stay, satellite TV (limited channels) and a PS2. There is a well-equipped kitchen and 4 piece bathroom. The double bedded room has an en-suite shower room and the second bedroom can be made into a twin or double, both rooms have large fitted wardrobes. There are uninterrupted sea views from the living room and both bedrooms and sea facing balconies.
The beach is a 5 minute walk away and a small supermarket is within a 2 minute walk. There are a wide variety of excellent restaurants all within a very short walk and the world famous Clive’s Cocktail Bar is just down the road. A welcome pack is provided on arrival.

The Algarve / West Algarve region


The Algarve has something for everybody. It is steeped in history, provides all the modern amenities for a luxury holiday, is very family orientated, boasts fabulous beaches, superb sports facilities, great food and a wonderful climate!
It is easy to get to and easy to get around. The Algarve has a unique blend of old and new.
A variety of excursions can be arranged including day trips to Lisbon and Seville.
The Praia da Luz / St James Algarve area
Praia da Luz is an ideal holiday destination. There is a beautiful blue flag beach and the water is clean and transparent. In addition to rock pooling a range of water sports are available from the beach as well as dolphin watching trips.
Along the promenade are artists displaying their work. The ruins of some Roman baths can be found just behind the wall which runs along the promenade. There are lots of restaurants, bars and cafés, banks and shops for everything you are likely to need. Lagos is around a 10-minute drive away and there is a regular bus service. There are some fabulous walks along the cliff tops.
Lagos zoo is only a short drive away. Slide and Splash at Lagoa is the nearest water park. Zoomarine, near Albufeira, is a great day out where you can swim with dolphins. You can visit the ‘end of the world’ by going west towards Sagres and maybe having a go at surfing.

We had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at this lovely, modern apartment. The apartment is extremely comfortable and very well-eqiuipped. A real home from home! The uninterrupted sea views from the balconies are fabulous. Onsite facilities are excellent with two pools to chose from, a play area for children and 'The Coffee Cup' which sells, at very reasonable prices, great smoothies, sandwiches and home made cakes. Their carrot cake is wonderful! The complex in set in well tended grounds with lovely gardens. There are many excellent restaurants, all within walking distance of the apartment, so you are really spoilt for choice. 'Clive's Bar' is a few hundred yards away and is a great place to stop off for a drink to end your evening. Clive is an excellent host and very good at integrating all his customers. By the end of the night you almost feel a local! Excellent apartment - great location and facilities - highly recommend! |

Payment can be made in sterling or euros. The rates include bed linen and bathroom towels and mats. There is a non refundable deposit to pay of £100 per week to secure the booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your stay.
The changeover day is flexible. The apartment will be available for check in after 2pm on the day of arrival and needs to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Any other arrangements will be subject to prior arrangement.
A local management agency will meet and greet you and to help with queries or any problems that may arise.
