There is a lawned garden for ball games and the large pool is solar heated. The sea views from the villa are stunning, and its just a short walk to the shops, restaurants and beach.
Tennis, golf and horse riding are available locally, as there are various water theme parks a short distance drive away.

The villa includes a maid who comes in six days a week to clean and tidy, she will also do laundry for guests at a small charge. Pool towel are provided.

There is private parking for at least two cars one of which is undercover.
There is a small garden to the rear of the property, terraces to the front, back and side of the property, as well as an upstairs terrace.
The villa is part air-conditioned, with air-conditioning in two bedroom. The other two bedrooms are equipped with fans.

The Algarve / West Algarve region
The Western Algarve stretches from Faro to Sargres with numerous holiday resorts dotted along the coast. There is now a fast and convenient motorway from Faro to Lagos which take approximately 50 minutes. Sargres is the most southernly point in Europe and was once thought to be the 'End of the World'. There is still an old fort at Sargres which is well worth a visit.
The climate in the Western Algarve is perfect for a summer holiday, with sunshine pretty much guaranteed from May to October. Because of the Atlantic there is a cool night breeze and very few mosquitoes.
The Praia da Luz area
Praia da Luz has grown from a sleepy fishing village to pleasant holiday resort. Although there has been some development, It is still small and relatively unspoilt. There are no high rise buildings. The perfectly formed sandy beach is approximately one mile long.
There is a beach restaurant and other bars and restaurants nearby for convenience, parking is also available opposite the beach. Water sports are also available on the beach, e.g. canoes, peddellos and sailing lessons. A sort walk from the beach are two supermarkets, various shops, bars and restaurants.
There are three golf courses around Praia da Luz, horse riding a short drive away, and two tennis centres.

The villa was fully equipped with everything you could possibly need.
The outdoor living spaces were wonderful as were the gardens.
This location is close to beaches, shopping and dining out.
Nelia the maid was fanatastic and went out of her way to make us all very comfotableThe peacful serenity and the stunning views from this villa made it a perfect holiday.
