This wonderful spacious villa boasts lots of natural light and all the main living areas are set on one level apart from a small living room which is accessed from a winding staircase leading up from the entrance hall. This separate living room is fitted with comfortable sofas, and has a private terrace with spectacular sea views, where you can take some time out and read or just relax and take in the lush surroundings.
The main living room is large and airy and has a large plasma TV, fitted with cable and a DVD which leads off into the large and modern kitchen with a featured large black granite dining table for 8/10. It is also fitted with every mod con necessary to make your holiday as comfortable and relaxing as possible.
Leading off from the main entrance are the bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms have patio doors leading straight onto the swimming pool and large decking area and sun loungers.

The village of Praia da Luz and its sheltered beach is a short 3 minute drive away. This is a lovely area to visit with its spectacular cliffs and black rock, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops to visit. The charming, small, old fishing village of Burgau is a mere 5 minute drive away in the opposite direction, and Lagos with its cosmopolitan marina and town centre is only 10 minutes away.

The bedrooms are all modernly furnished in fresh tones and all have a small sitting area too. There are three rooms with double beds while the other three rooms are fitted with two singles. There is another sitting room at the end of the corridor which also comprises of a kitchenette with access onto the pool area.
The kitchen is fully fitted and has a coffee machine in addition to all the essentials. There is also a kitchenette area.
There is doubly glazing throughout the property.
