About the home

This huge property has style and a luxurious atmosphere, set in lovely gardens it offers comfort and peace, a place where famous stars have stayed.

On the ground level there are 3 double bedrooms en suite each with its own direct access to terrace/pool.
Also on the ground level with direct access to the terrace/pool is a large double bedroom en suite annex.

On the first level the entrance hallway, with guest W.C, leads to a large sitting room, steps to dining room, kitchen and utility room. There are two double bedrooms en suite one with access to the large terrace, the other has its own balcony.
On the top level there are four double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of the bedrooms has its own large balcony.
The garden has a grassed area with fruit trees, a large swimming pool (heated optional), children’s pool, badminton court, BBQ house with seating for 20, with kitchen; fridge, dishwasher etc.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

Situated on the extreme South of Portugal, this part of the territory was the last to be conquered from the Moors by the Portuguese king Dom Afonso III, in 1292.
The algarve is renowned for its miles of beautiful sandy beaches and impressive golf courses.

Freshly painted boats in fishing ports gracefully bob up and down. Sparkling white-washed houses with distinctive and traditional Moorish chimneys are found everywhere. In spring, the entire region is carpeted with white almond blossom.

Walk through the busy local markets to choose from traditionally- made handicrafts such as matgrass baskets and rugs, beautiful hand-painted pottery and tiles, beaten copperware and intricate bobbin-lace. At night visit one of the many glittering casinos or clubs, or simply sit outside beneath the stars and sample some freshly-caught seafood.

The Praia da Luz / Monte Lemos area

Praia da Luz is in the Western Algarve, an area of unspoilt villages and open countryside.
Praia da Luz beach is a long golden curve of sand flanked by rocks at the western end, it is an ideal family beach. It has its own blue flag and also all kinds of water sports. There are many restaurants, bars and shops within a 5 minuite walk of the apartment. The algarve is well known for its golf and Luz area is no exception there are 3 top class courses within 30 minuites. The historic town of Lagos is just 10 minuites drive away.
