The accommodation comprises of 2 double bedrooms (3 single beds/1 double), a couch bed in the lounge, and 2 bathrooms. It is complemented by two large balconies to the front and rear of the property.
Safety and peace of mind are provided by underground parking, electronic gates, intercoms, security and CCTV.

* The 24 hour reception will provide key cards and an information pack upon arrival.
* Cots & high chairs can be arranged at an extra cost of €20 per week and paid for at reception.
* Resort pass available at reception at a cost of €10 per week per person (cost covers access to facilities, fresh pool towels daily and shuttle bus service to Lagos, some local golf courses and Oceanicos other resorts.
* Babysitting and kids club can be booked through reception.

* A non refundable deposit of 25% is required within 7 days to secure your booking with the balance due within 8 weeks to departure.

The Algarve is an area of great charm and beauty, offering sandy beaches, traditional fishing villages and a climate so mild that out door sports and activities are enjoyed all year round.
The Praia da Luz / Estrela da Luz area
Luz is a traditional Portuguese fishing village, the centre of which is a blue flag sandy beach. The area is a watersports and golfers paradise and is perfect for exploring the coastline and other westerly villages such as Burgau, Salema, Sagres and Cape Vincent.
The village is not known for its night life but nearby Lagos caters for any such requirements. A variety of shops, bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance.
As a location for families it is ideal with Lagos Zoo, waterparks and zoo marine within driving distance.
The Algarve shopping centre in Guia is a short drive away and is home to shops such as Zara, Mango, Massimo Dutti, Pepe and many more.
With its spectacular weather, amenities and friendly locals, Praia da Luz is your ideal holiday destination and only a 2.5 hour flight from Ireland or the UK.

By air: Aer Lingus, Ryanair, Easyjet and Flybe.com all fly regularly to Faro. Flight time 2.5 hours approximately.
By car from Airport: If you are driving from Faro take the A22 in the direction of Lisboa and Portimao. Take exit 1 off the A22, signposted for Lagos. Straight through the first roundabout and right off the 2nd roundabout heading for Vila da Bispo/Sagres.
Ignore the first left hand turn for Luz just after Boa Vista, and instead take the 2nd turn left signposted for Luz. As you enter Luz, Estrela da Luz is on your right as you begin to descent downhill toward the sea. Journey time is 50 minutes approximately.

We spent an amazing week in Estrela da Luz in Sept 2009. The weather was fantastic; the accommodation and resort were incredible, facilities you would enjoy in a five star hotel with the convenience of your own apartment. Our apartment was extremely spacious and equipped to cater for all your needs. There are plenty of great restaurants to choose from. You are only a short taxi ride to the larger town of Lagos. It was our first trip to Portugal; we will definitely be back.. Our only regret was we didn’t stay for longer!

The apartment itself was very spacious and catered to all our needs!
Really close to the beach which was clean and family friendly, and within walking distance to a great local selection of restaurants, bars & supermarkets.
