From the entrance of the villa the kitchen is off to the left. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine / dyer and fridge freezer. Further along the entrance hall is a toilet / shower room. The spacious lounge and dining area has a large LCD TV with satellite channels. The living area has dual aspect windows, with the patio doors leading out to a spacious terrace area where there is seating for all the family and a BBQ for some al fresco dining.

From the terrace there are stairs that lead down to the communal pool area which has been well equipped with loungers and umbrellas.

Upstairs are 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is to the front of the property with a king size double bed and a stunning balcony with views looking towards the ocean and the pool area. The second bedroom upstairs is a dual aspect twin/double bedroom. There is a bathroom on this level with a bath, bidet, and shower.

Going downstairs there is a further twin bedroom with 2 single beds. There is no external window in this bedroom which gives it a cosy, "den" feel.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

The market town of Lagos with its charming cobbled streets is only about 7 kilometres from Luz and it offers a great selection of bars and restaurants for all the family. Palmares, Boa Vista and Parque da Floresta Golf Courses are a 10 to 20 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 35 minute drive

The Praia da Luz / Quinta da Bela Vista area

The villa is located in the village of Praia da Luz where you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. It takes approximately 20 minutes to walk to the town and beach from the villa. There is a golden sandy beach framed with dramatic and picturesque cliff tops offering a variety of water sports activities during the summer months.
