Home description
The villa has sea and land views from the balconies. It has three bedrooms, a spacious living/dining area and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen. There are three fully tiled bathrooms, two en suite. There is a private pool, shaded patio area and landscaped garden. A semi-enclosed barbecue is attached to an external utility building which also contains a shower, toilet and wash basin to avoid entering the house whilst relaxing around the pool. There is satellite TV, CD sound system and Playstation 2 (which also acts as a DVD player) available . The villa is centrally heated with fans in the rooms. The villa has a strictly no smoking policy and no pets are allowed.

The Algarve / West Algarve region
The Algarve is ideal for all kinds of holidays. Quietly relaxing by a pool or on a beach, good restaurants, nightlife, watersports, golf or exploring the many villages of the Western Algarve. The beautiful Monchique mountains are also a short drive away. Sunshine and a clean beach and sea are a major attraction.
Praia da Luz / Montinhos da Luz area
The beautiful sandy beach of Praia da Luz is a 5 minute drive (20 minute walk) away. Water sports are available and there are many restaurants on the beach. Praia da Luz has an abundance of restaurants, bars and supermarkets. Lagos is a 10 minute drive from the villa and contains many shops, restaurants, bars and night clubs, it also has a beautiful marina. The resort of Parc de Floresta is a 10 minute drive away and offers riding, squash, a gym and beauty salon. The western tip of Portugal is a 15 minute drive away and in this area you will experience the local atmosphere. Four top class golf courses are within 30 minutes drive of the villa. Boavista(5 minutes), Parc de Floresta (10 minutes), Palmares and Penina.
How to get there
Flights to Faro from all airports. 55 minute car or taxi journey from airport to villa. Cars can be hired locally or arranged by local representative or via internet. Taxi can also be arraged for collection at airport by local representative. Regular trains from Faro to Lagos which is a 10 minute taxi journey from the villa.

Further details indoors: Bedroom 1 has a double bed and sliding patio doors leading to the pool area. Bedrooms 2 and 3 each have 2 single beds and sliding doors leading to the balconies. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with stools which faces into the dining area The two en suite bathrooms have baths with overhead shower. The third bathroom has a shower cubicle. All bathrooms have a wash basin with cupboard underneath, shelving and a bidet. There is an understairs storeroom. A fixed safe is provided. A cot and high chair are provided.
Further details outdoors: The pool area is provided with dining suite, sun loungers, deck chairs and parasols. The semi-enclosed barbecue area has a sink and surfaces for preparation. A beautiful landscaped garde is to the side of the villa. At the front of the villa is a covered car port which can accommodate two cars. The villa is walled and gated. The pool has underwater lighting.

A welcome pack is provided on arrival. The local representative is able to arrange restaurants, car hire, taxis and golf.
Conditions
Change over days are flexible with access to the villa at 14.00 and departure before 10.00.
A 20% non-refundable deposit is payable on booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. Along with this balance is payable a 200 UK Pounds security deposit.
