Casa Bela Vista is a luxury villa in every sense of the word. The sight of infinity swimming pool, the expanse of blue ocean beyond and blue skies above is enough to lift anyone's spirits!

The friendly village of Praia de Luz with an excellent choice of restaurants and cafe bars is within a10 minute walk downhill and the Blue Flag Beach offering a wide variety of watersports is within 15 minute walk.

Beautifully furnished throughout with much attention to detail, this spacious villa provides all you need for the perfect holiday. Patio doors from the lounge & dining area lead to the extensive deck and infinity pool . The very well equipped kitchen opens onto a sunny patio with table and chairs and a superb outdoor kitchen with built-in sink, seating and BBQ - Perfect for entertaining.

The villa has underfloor heating.

Set in a fragrant garden with gated entrance & intercom there is ample parking for several cars.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

The beautiful western Algarve with its dramatic and attractive scenery has miles and miles of fabulous sandy beaches, towering cliffs, secluded coves and colourful fishing villages. This is the quieter, less developed part of the Algarve which includes the extensive Natural Park area of S.W. Alentejano and the most westerly point in Europe, Cape St. Vincent.

In contrast to the wonderful coastal scenery, the mountains to the north have cork, chestnut and eucalyptus forests dotted with small, timeless villages. The Sierra Monchique mountains protect the southern coastal area from north winds helping to create the perfect Algarve climate of mild winters and hot summers, so much loved by so many people!

The Western Algarve has it all: sun, sand and sea. Add in the warmth and friendliness of the local people, their wonderful, simple food and wines and the inspiringly beautiful scenery all around you, and you have the perfect place to chill out, relax and taste the good life!

The Praia da Luz / Quinta da Bela Vista area

Praia da Luz is a small family seaside resort with a sandy blue flag beach protected by Black Rock on one side and Forteleza da Luz on the other side.

All kinds of water sports, and tuition, are available at the beach, as well as para-gliding, grotto boat trips, dolphin tours and fishing. Tennis and Horse-Riding are available locally and coastal walking and bird watching are particularly rewarding.

Golfers have excellent choices nearby: Boavista 2 km, Parque da Floresta 6 km, Palmares 9 km, Penina 14 km.

The village has a number of small supermarkets and shops, chemist, bank, post office etc. and there are many bars and an excellent choice of good restaurants.

Just 5 Km to the east is the lovely town of Lagos, much of which is surrounded by ancient walls and fortifications inside which are windy cobbled streets filled with shops, bars and restaurants. The attractive waterfront promenade is lined with palm trees and the large new marina is accessed by way of a handy pedestrian bridge.

There is a regular bus service linking Luz with Lagos, Burgau and Salema and a dedicated bus service to the waterparks and Zoomarine to the east of Lagos.

There is a huge variety of activities available in Luz and the surrounding area - but you may prefer to slow down and enjoy the luxuries offered by this superb villa with its wonderful infinity pool and ocean views!

Faro Airport is less than 1 hour's easy drive, mostly on quiet motorway.

Many cheap flights are available from U.K. and Ireland to Faro

Arrival Day and Length of Stay at the Villa are flexible to help you to take advantage of airline deals.

Transfers from Faro can be arranged by a reputable company for approx. Euro 80 each way.

Lisbon Airport is under 3 hours from the villa, mostly on motorway.

“5* Property in every way” Spent a wonderful week in this villa recently. The villa has everything you could possibly need for a week's stay. It is large enough to easily accommodate up to 8 people. We slept in the huge main bedroom with dressing area and large ensuite (one of 4 sizable bedrooms) the living area was perfect with comfortable couches, a large flatscreen tv, a selection of DVD's to watch as well as UK sky channels and a selection of books, games and jigsaws means you wont ever be bored. That's of course if you can drag yourself away from the beautiful poolside.... It has a wonderful view of the sea but be aware that it is up a hill and you would need to have a reasonable level of fitness to walk the 25-30 minutes uphill to the villa. For us it was great to be forced to do a little exercise but it wouldn't suit if you couldn't manage a strenuous walk. There are, however, cheap taxi services in Luz that you could take. The Villa was spotlessly clean and has a dishwasher and washing machine. I will be returning to this villa definitely next year if not before!

"This is an amazing house with a stunning pool and deck in a wonderful location. The house was beautifully maintained and serviced well during our stay. the BBQ area and outdoor dining facilities were well utilised by us. The organisation of the rental and arranging access to the property etc. was super easy. Overall, this is a 5 star property which I would highly, highly recommend to others.
