Home description

This is a modern,spacious apartment situated in the peaceful and friendly St. James complex. The apartment is newly furnished to the highest standards and has all the amenities to make your holiday enjoyable and relaxing . The apartment is very spacious with 2 bedrooms, one double with balcony that will overlook the third swimming pool and the other a twin room. Both rooms have fitted wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite and there is also a separate bathroom. There is a modern fully-equipped kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, coffee maker, juicer etc.

The large living/dining room has TV with limited satellite stations, DVD player. The balcony from this area has sea views. It is fully furnished with dining suite, 2 sofas (one is a sofa bed), coffee table and sideboard. The apartment also has air-conditioning.

This apartment is ideal for a relaxing holiday by the pool/beach or for the more active who want to avail of the many local sports activities such as golf, tennis, sailing or horse riding.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

Luz is a friendly relaxing village in the Western Algarve. It is easily accessible from the new A22 motorway and is the ideal base for visiting the many places of interest in the Algarve. It is a 10 minute drive to Lagos, with its cobbled streets, 16th century walls and buildings, many beautiful beaches, the marina, quality restaurants, shops, quaint bars and clubs that offer an exciting and vibrant nightlife.

There are many fine golf clubs in the Western Algarve and the nearest is Boavista (5 minute drive) and there are a further four within a 20 mile drive. Other facilities include waterparks, dolphin watching, surfing, shopping centres, bowling, cinemas and a zoo.


Praia da Luz / St James Algarve area

Praia da Luz is the ideal holiday destination - peaceful, relaxing and beautiful. It has a beautiful beach with a wide range of sporting activities. From the beach there is a beautiful promenade that leads to the village. It has many quality restaurants, shops and bars.

All the other major centres are within driving distance of Praia da Luz and there is a regular bus service to Lagos with connections from there to other major centres. Taxis are readily available and for groups can be cheaper than the bus.

The nearest airport is Faro which is a 90km drive on the A22 motorway.

Car hire is available at the airport or you could pre-book with Hertz, Europcar or similar companies. Alternatively a taxi , costing about €80 each way, is available from the airport.

Once in Praia da Luz all amenities are available within walking distance. Car hire is also available in Praia da Luz and there's a regular bus service to Lagos which is 5 km away. From the bus depot in Lagos there are regular connections to the other major towns and centres.

6. Sunbeds are provided in the pool areas.

The apartment is within walking distance of the beach and the many fine restaurants in the area.


Conditions

RATES
Rates quoted for the property are per week on an occupancy of up to 4 people (5th/6th person can be accommodated on the sofa bed by prior arrangement). The rates include all bedroom linen and towels.

CLEANING
The apartment is cleaned and towels and bed linen changed in the middle of a two week stay. For a shorter stay cleaning and change of towels and bed linen takes place at the end of your holidays.

DEPOSIT & DAMAGE WAIVER
There is a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week to secure the booking and the balance is due 8 weeks prior to stay. There is also a damage waiver of £100 which is refundable on your return (once the apartment has been checked by management).

CHANGEOVER
The changeover day is flexible. Guests can check in after 12.00 noon on the day of arrival and leave the apartment by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

MEET & GREET
Guests are greeted on arrival by a representative of the management company who is available to deal with any queries or problems that may arise. Any queries relating to the complex and facilities can be dealt with by staff in the condominium office on site. A high chair and travel cot are available at extra cost.
