This LUXURIOUS 2 bedroomed apartment has been TOTALLY REFURBISHED to a very high standard throughout.
The apartment is located within the club phase of the Luz Ocean Club, overlooking beautiful gardens and adjacent to the main swimming pool and leisure area.
This very light and airy apartment has a large living area with patio doors leading onto the large newly landscaped south facing two tiered patio and walled garden area. The lounge has a 32 in TV (cable) with DVD and 2 sofas seating 5. The kitchen with breakfast bar has been fully fitted and provides all the usual appliances including fridge freezer, new dishwasher, washer and tumble dryer.
The family bathroom has been totally refurbished and a new en-suite shower room provided from the master bedroom. ALL FURNITURE WAS NEW on refurbishment
Full security shutters are fitted to all windows and the patio doors have the benefit of electric security shutters.
Each of the south facing bedrooms have zipped together twin beds and can either be made up on arrival as twins, or double beds as requested. New fitted wardrobes are provided in each bedroom. A king sized sofa bed is also provided in the living area.
The apartment has full access to all the facilities at the Ocean Club including the five pools (one indoor) five all weather tennis courts, discounts at four nearby championship golf courses, restaurants , bars and a 24hour manned reception.
The magnificent sandy beaches at Praia da Luz with its many restaurants, beach side cafes, bars and shops are all within easy walking distance from the apartment.

The apartment is approximately 80 sq m and is light, airy and spacious. It has an open plan lounge and dining area with a breakfast bar opening into the kitchen. The lounge has sliding patio doors leading through to the south facing garden area with patio furniture and sun loungers. The garden has been newly landscaped, is arranged in two tiers ,has full external lighting and a large brick barbecue. The apartment is suitable for families, couples, golfers, walkers and cyclists of all ages.

The Club phase at the Ocean Club comprises around 30 apartments all of which have the benefit of full access to all the Ocean Club facilities (5 pools) with one of the main pools adjacent. Sun beds are provided around the pool area for your use, but there is also the considerable advantage of an adults only walled pool nearby. All pool areas have restaurants and bars. An indoor pool is also provided, being ideal out of season. Car parking is provided immediately to the rear of the apartment.
The Algarve region
The western Algarve has an excellent all year round climate and stunning scenery. Luz is about 10 minutes drive west from the historic town of Lagos with its narrow cobbled streets, with its superb shopping, quality restaurants, quaint bars and clubs creating a vibrant nightlife as well as having the added advantage of a marina, from which you can enjoy dolphin watching, grotto visits or fishing trips each day. Public transport and taxis are plentiful around the area, and although a car is not essential it would allow you to explore the region further to such beautiful locations as the historic fortress at Cape St Vincent, the surfers paradise on the west coast, excellent water parks, zoo marine (swim with the dolphins) and of course the numerous golf courses throughout the area. The Algarve is popular with golfers, walkers and cyclists particularly out of season, due to the very mild climate throughout the year.
Praia da Luz
Praia da Luz is a stunning holiday destination and has everything to offer including an excellent all year round climate, a beautiful, easily accessible beach with a wide range of water sports in the high season, superb choice of restaurants, shops and bars. The village has a very relaxed atmosphere and the locals are extremely welcoming. The village has 3 local supermarkets, the main being Batista which is a 5 minute walk from the apartment and is superbly stocked as well as having the benefit of a fresh bakery and butchery in store.
3 eighteen hole quality golf courses are within 15 minutes drive of Luz including Boavista, Parc De Floresta, and the renowned Palmaris. Occupiers of our apartment are able to take advantage of discounted fees for these 3 courses as well as the nearby Morgardo inland course
There a superb cliff top walks and stunning scenery.
