The villa is within easy reach of the shops, bars and restaurants in Praia da Luz and the excellent sandy beach is a twenty minute walk. The beach also hosts numerous watersports activities.
The villa is in excellent order and has the new kitchen appliances. The historic town of Lagos is three miles away where you will find excellent shopping, the marina and a wide choice top quality restaurants. Lagos also boasts a choice of 8 different beaches.

The Algarve region
The Algarve is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Europe, stretching from the the resorts of Faro, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in the East, through to the beautiful and historic town of Lagos in the West.
The golfing haven of Vilamoura and the resorts of Albufeira, Vale de Parra and Carvoeiro are also very popular locations, with all of the Algarve enjoying access to wonderful beaches, world-class golf, excellent restaurants and shopping.
Praia da Luz / Montinhos da Luz area
Centred around the historic town of Lagos the Western Algarve has something to offer everyone. There are many excellent beaches and Slide n Splash, one of the best waterslide parks in the Algarve, is located a short drive away in Portimao.
Shopping and eating out are well catered for in all areas and the centre of Lagos is perfect for strolling and dining. The new marina encapsulates the tasteful way in which the town has developed and the boat trips are very popular. Superb golf is available at the Parque de Floresta, Boa Vista, Palmares and Penina. The Parque da Floresta also has spa facilities, tennis and a heated outdoor swimming pool.
Much of the area around Lagos is now designated National Park and development is restricted. For the adventurous a drive to the Atlantic facing beaches of the West Coast is a must, where there is superb surfing.
