The open-plan, well equipped kitchen is fitted with all modern appliances with patio doors that lead to the covered BBQ area, garden and pool.
The large south facing garden has plenty of garden furniture and loungers to accommodate all guests to ensure a comfortable, relaxing experience by your own priviate swimming pool.
Golf is very prominent in the area with the BoaVista and Parc da Floresta courses a short drive. A water theme park can be reached by car in around 30 minutes.
There are good restaurants and bars in Praia da Luz, nearby Burgau and Lagos. Also an excellent supermarket in Luz together with smaller local shops. The Intermache Hypermarket is just a ten minute car drive, making all culinary needs easily available for al fresco dining.
Altogether, this is a wonderful location meeting everyones' needs both young and old.

The Algarve region

Due to its mild climate in winter and many days of sunshine during the year, it has become a very sought after holiday region right throughout the year. Spend some relaxing time on the many beautiful beaches and enjoy some good food and wine in the many excellent restaurants. Take a boat trip along the coast and enjoy a swim and BBQ lunch. Horse riding, tennis, sailing are just a few of the many activities for you to enjoy
Praia da Luz / Montinhos da Luz area
Praia da Luz is a beautiful small town with beach, small shops, bars and restaurants. Montinhos da Luz is a small village just one kilometer from the centre of Luz up along the Burgau coastal road and for those wanting to stretch their legs, a walk down hill into the town would take about fifteen minutes, although this would take a little longer going back up the hill.
There are many festivals in the area, all of this information would be provided in a tourist type pack.
How to get there
On leaving Faro airport it takes about 10 minutes to reach the A22 motorway, making travelling time approximately one hour. More detailed information will be provided at the time of booking. CAR HIRE - Argus Car Rental via their website has the facility of collecting directly from airport car park

2. The main en suite bedroom is self-contained with a king sized bed, large fitted wardrobs and two patio doors leading onto the garden and pool area. Bedroom two has a double bed and bedroom three two singles all with fitted wardrobes and leading on to the pool area.
3. The separate open plan kitchen is well fitted with all modern applicances with patio doors leading on to the covered BBQ area and garden.
Further details outdoors: The property is on a good sized plot for playtime and relaxation. There are terraces both covered and uncovered with tables, chairs and sunbeds. The 8mtr. x 4mtr. private swimming pool is salt treated making it more kinder to the skin. The covered BBQ area is ideal for the hot days and nights making alfresco cooking and dining more comfortable.

£200.00 refundable breakages deposit paid with final payment - returned in ten days after departure

Hello Marion - Firstly can I just thank you for letting us rent your lovely villa. We had a fantastic holiday and really found it hard to leave this morning. We loved the villa but particuarly loved the pool and the outdoor space for the children to play around. It was great to be out of town a little but a great base for visiting different beaches etc.
I,m convincing Roger that I should spend 6 weeks there next summer with the Kids!
