Casa Jasmine is located just a 20 minute walk into the pretty resort of Praia da Luz with its beautiful sandy beach and an abundance of restaurants and bars. There are also several supermarkets in the area. The villa is in a quiet residential area and is ideal for family holidays. The villa benefits from its own private pool which is approx 7x4 metres and incorporates a kiddies splash pool. The deep end of the pool is 1.50 metres and the shallow end is .90
Leading from the kitchen is the patio area with 8 sunbeds for relaxing on and tables and chairs for al fresco dining. There is also a charcoal b-b-q for you to grill juicy steaks or the local catch. There is one twin bedroom overlooking the pool and has patio doors leading onto the patio (ideal if you bring the Grandparents) and this bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with leather sofas and has a dining area seating 8 and English language TV with freeview channels and a combi DVD/video player. The spacious kitchen is modern with white units, granite worktops and is very well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, electric hob and oven,microwave and iron etc. Upstairs is a double bedroom and 2 more twin rooms. One of the twins has an en-suite and the other twin and double share a family bathroom. The villa is well furnished and equipped, just like home from home as the owners live here throughout the winter months.

The Algarve region
Praia da Luz is a very pretty resort and is only 9k to the historic town of Lagos which boasts a superb marina. There is a great Golf course within 10 minutes drive of the villa (Boavista resort) and another the other side of Lagos (Palmares) approx 20 minutes drive from the villa.
The most westerly point of Europe is Cape St. Vincent which is about 30 minutes drive from Casa Jasmine. There is a local restaurant and bar only 5 minutes walk from the villa.
Praia da Luz / Montinhos da Luz area
Approx 30 minutes drive from the villa is the Water Park Slide and Splash, this is a great day out for all the family and Zoomarine which is approx 40 minutes is also a super day out for everyone.

Further details indoors: The villa is used by the owners in the winter so is very comfortably furnished and equipped. A cot and highchair can be hired from the local villa mangement company. We have a meet and greet service at the villa to hand over the keys where any questions on the villa and the area can be asked.

A deposit of £100 pw secures a booking and the balance please to be paid 10 weeks before arrival.
There is a meet and greet service on arrrival. A telephone number will be given and it is advisable to ring when you are leaving Faro airport. There is an English speaking agent available should you have any problems or need assistancee. Changeover day is a Thursday but we can be flexible at the start and end of the season please ask.
Conditions
A refundable breakage deposit of £200 is required shortly before the start of the holiday. This will not be banked and will be returned to you a few days after departure providing no damage or breakages have occured. Strictly no smoking in the villa please.
