The property is recently constructed with resulting benefits of modern kitchenand bathrooms as well as airconditioning etc. The sea dominates the downstairs recreation area as well as the two sea facing bedrooms, both of which have sliding doors onto a balcony with table and chairs. All bedrooms are spaceous with the double bedroom having an ensuite bathroom. The lounge/dining area is extremely spacious for 6 persons and full length sliding doors open onto a patio with sunloungers and cane table/chairs. The lounge has a large TV with a Free-to-Air satellite receiver and DVD and there is a mini-HiFi unit with CD player etc. The unit is entered from the main door at the rear or a door off the basement parking. Just inside the unit at the basement level is a storeroom where golf clubs, bicycles, surfboards etc can be kept. To the side of the units is the large round pool with lawn area. The pool again overlooks the sea 20 yards away.

The Algarve region
Less developed than area around Faro the Western Algarve still has small villages with small beach coves etc. The south coast has calm seas generally whilst surfing is popula on the wilder west coast, 25 minutes from Luz. The west coast is a nature reserve with magnificent long beaches. The area has many walks with the coastal walk going past the front of the unit.
Praia da Luz area
Luz boasts a number of bars, restaurants and cafes as well as a range of shops and supermarket. From this unit all are within 2-15 min walk so no car is needed. The nearest restaurant and small supermarket are 100 yards away. However Ocean View is in a very quiet location on a small road at the village edge.The sea is literally in front of the unit 25 yards away. Whilst a small beach is only 100 yards away it is 400 yards to the beautiful sandy beach at the centre of the village which has a large range of watersports equipment for hire as well as a beach volleyball net. Tennis courts , horse riding, atc are all available in Luz or 5 minutes away and the coastal walking and cycle path starts about 20 yards from the townhouse.
How to get there
Motorway from Faro airport to Lagos (A22)(From airport follow signs to Lisboa until on A22). Exit A22 motorway at exit for Lagos, Vila do Bispo and Sagres. This is the exit on a right hand bend in the motorway. Straight through the first circle and right at next circle, signposted to Luz, Vila do Bispa. After approx 1 mile pass first exit to Luz on left after Boa Vista golf, ignore this. Take next exit to Luz on left. Proceed through circle after few hundred yards and straight down hill into centre square of Luz. A road joins from right as you enter square. Proceed on right of square for 15 yards and narrow road on right is Rua da Calheta which you take. This is a one way road, very narrow which after 100 yrds has sea on left. Ocean View is new modern unit on right after further max 150 yrds and virtually last property before road turns to right away from sea.
