About the home

Located in the Ocean Club Resort, this is the perfect holiday destination, close to the beach, pool, bars and restaurants. The kids will no doubt love it! If you are looking for great nightlife, Lagos town with its marina is only a short drive away. Other attractions not to miss are Zoomarine, Lagos Zoo, Slide and Splash etc.

Praia da Luz, once a small fishing village, has to offer a wide range of bars, sea front coffee shops, restaurants and mini markets, various shops and cinema. Luz is an all-round popular family resort and the EU blue flag rated, and beautiful sandy beach is excellent for water sports.
Luz is indeed perfect for those who look for a peaceful, tranquil, low key holiday destination.

The new Boavista Golf Club is only 3km drive away. Palmares in Lagos is 9km and you are less than 30' drive from a wide number of much praised golf courses such as Penina, Parque da Floresta, etc.

The apartment consists of a hallway, new kitchen for 2009, lounge with diningarea and satellite TV, one double bedroom with a high quality bed and fitted wardrobes, one twin bedroom with storage space. One bathroom new for this year with bath/shower. The kitchen has a cooker, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing-machine and microwawe. Cooking utensils, pans, cutlery etc are available for use. Well furnished lounge with large sofa, wicker/leather chair and coffee table, dining area with dining table and 6 chairs. High chair. Great views from balcony. Satellite TV.
Hand and bath towels are provided, changed twice weekly. Bed linen is provided and changed once a week. Beach/pool towels are not provided. Ironing board and iron available for guests' use. Two fans.

The apartment is located on the first floor of block G in the Club Phase amidst beautiful mature landscaped subtropical gardens with a view of the poolarea and in the distance the sea. There are two balconies, one with patio furniture and a mall BBQ. You will also have full access to all the Ocean club facilities including pools, tennis courts etc.

20% non-refundable booking fee. Full payment due six weeks prior to arrival. Pool passes for 4 people included. Cancellation less than 2 weeks - no refund. 2-4 weeks before 50% refund. 4-8 weeks before 80% refund.

Check-in time 2pm / Check-Out time 10am unless arranged otherwise with the owner.

The Algarve being the southern most region in Portugal, well known for its micro climate, is a popular destination for tourists.
The Algarve's Islamic heritage is still noticeable in many cultural, historical and architectural aspects.
Visitors can apreciate a wide range of arts and crafts,not least pottery Simple but delicious foods based on an Mediterranian diet with plenty of fresh fish and shellfish.

There are several attractions nearby (within 30-40 min drive) that will amuse the kids for hours on end.

Theme Parks nearby include:
Zoomarine - Entertainment park with seal and dolphin shows, parrots, aquariums, merry-go-rounds, pool and restaurant
Krazyworld - A combination of small zoo with crazy golf.
Aqualand - Aquapark with water-chutes, swimming pools for adults and children.
Slide & Splash - It is considered to be the biggest of its kind in the country, and one of the biggest and the best in Europe. Considered to be the better of the two water parks.

The Praia da Luz / The Ocean Club area

Places to visit includes the vast number of small coves and beaches, Praia da Ana is one example. Ponta de Piedade is well worth a visit.
