Developed by Oceanico Properties and run by Oceanico Resorts this 4 star luxuary complex is enclosed by security fencing with coded pedestrian entry gates, intercoms, under ground car park with remote control access and CCTV. There is 24 hour reception facilities operated by very courtious staff who go out of their way to make your holiday enjoyable.

On Site Facilities: There are 3no outdoor swimming pools (2 adult 1 children's) and 1no indoor heated pool.
There is the Elemis health and beauty spa with jacuzzi,sauna,fully equipped gymnasium and exercise studios with daily classes. Treatments can be booked at reception. Tennis, basketball / soccer court, children's playground as well as the famous "Steve Davis" snooker room are all on site.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

The Algarve is well known for its golf courses and also for the many attractive fishing villages - and hence, of course, for the seafood, which is delicious. The Atlantic location means although very hot in June, July and August, the heat is not overpowering.The climate remains warm in Spring and Autumn, and over winter you get warm days, but the nights are noticably cooler.

The village of Praia da Luz has a relaxed holiday atmosphere and offers everything from shopping faciities, a variety of excellent restaurants offering both Portuguese and international cuisine, bars as well as a safe, sandy beach with a variety of water sports. The beach has its own Blue Flag as well as full time life guards on duty. The historic town of Lagos is only 6km away, here you will find the marina offering daily boat trips and diving instruction, the old town with its narrow cobbled streets with pedestrian squares offering live music and entertainment.

How to get there

Ryanair,Easyjet Aer Lingus, etc all fly to Faro.

When you leave Faro airport head for the A22 in the direction of Lisboa (Lisbon) and Portimao.
Leave the A22 at exit 1.
Straight through the first roundabout (no choice).
Take the 1st exit (right) at the second roundabout towards Vila De Bispo.
Take the turn left for Luz after the camping ground which you will see on the right hand side.
As you enter Luz the road goes downhill towards the sea, Estrela de Luz is on your right .
Its distinctive design and colour makes it easy to see.
