Our 1st floor apartment is furnished to a high standard with everything you need for the perfect holiday. The apartment is very spacious(110m2), is one of the larger 2 bed apartments on the complex. It has south facing balconies with beautiful seaviews to the front and garden /pool views to the left. Accommodation includes a double bedroom with en-suite facilities, a twin bedroom , separate bathroom, modern fully fitted kitchen with washing machine, dishwasher, breakfast bar, a large living and dining area with Satellite TV (limited channels) and video/ dvd player. St James caters for everyone, with a large adult swimming pool, separate children's pool, play area .Many excellent restaurants are 5/10 minutes walk from the apartment .The beach is also a 10 minute walk from the apartment.

It has an open plan lounge and dining area with a breakfast bar opening to the kitchen.The lounge has a semi circular balcony, patio furniture and south facing views of the sea and views to the left of the landscaped areas and pool. Both bedrooms also face south with patio doors leading onto small balconies with sea views, both have fully fitted wardrobes, the master bedroom has a safe. Suitable for families, couples, golfers, walkers of all ages.

The development consists of about 100 apartments. Sunbeds are provided around the pool area for the use of St James residents and guests, all other areas are landscaped. Ample parking areas at the rear of the complex for guests to use. Lift access at the rear of the apartment.

Luz is the ideal place from which to explore the Western Algarve, and beyond, as the new A22 motorway makes the whole of the Algarve easily accessible.Luz is about 10 minutes drive west from the historical town of Lagos with its narrow cobbled streets, numerous stunning beaches, quality restaurants and quaint bars and clubs attracting a vibrant nightlife. Dolphin watching, grotto trips and surfing excursions available at the marina. There is also a historic fortress at Cape St Vincent, the well renowned beach of Praia da Rocha, excellent waterparks (the nearest in Lagoa) . Golfers flock to the Algarve all year round due to the mild winter climate,

The Praia da Luz / St James Algarve area
Praia da Luz is an ideal holiday destination and has everything - great weather, a beautiful easily accessible beach with a range of water sports in high season, lovely restaurants, shops and bars. The village has a relaxed atmosphere and the locals are very welcoming. The area is a golfer’s paradise with 3 top class courses within 15 minutes drive. There are a number of excellent walks along the cliff tops and are suitable for all ages.

The nearest airport is Faro, which is just a 50-minute drive down the A22 motorway, Thomson, Easyjet, Monarch, Jet2, and Bmi all fly to Faro. If you plan to hire a car (recommended if you plan to do a lot of sight-seeing and/or golfing), you will find many car hire firms at the airport , or pre-book via the internet. Alternatively, a taxi will cost around £90 each way, or we can arrange an airport transfer . Once in Luz everything you need is within walking distance. Full directions will be provided from the Airport to Luz.

Prices shown are for the property per week in UK Pounds based on an occupancy of up to 4 people . The rates include all bed linen and bathroom towels.The apartment is cleaned and towels and linen changed in the middle of a two week stay. There is a non-returnable deposit to pay of £100 per week to secure the booking, the balance is due 8 weeks prior to your stay, together with a damage waiver of £100 which is refundable on your return (once the apartment has been checked).
The changeover day is flexible. Guests must check in after 2pm on day of arrival and leave the apartment by 10am on day of departure. Any other arrangements will be subject to prior agreement.The property is managed by a local management company, who are available 24 hours to deal with any queries or problems, which may arise. A travel cot and high chair are available with no extra cost.
