About the home

The apartment contains 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is very spacious throughout. The apartment has air conditioning, DVD, TV, Mini system and satellite TV. There is also electronic shutters on the windows which keeps the apartment cool during the hot summer days. The kitchen is very well equipped, including dishwasher, microwave, cooker, washing machine, large fridge freezer etc. Linen and towels are provided. The apartment has an allocated parking space in the basement which is serviced by a lift. The resort is accessed by electronic gates, which leaves it very safe for you and your kids. There is ample storage space in the apartment for luggage, clothes etc.

The apartment is large and spacious & is not overlooked. The sitting room is exceptionally large with a 15 foot window leading to balcony area and this maximises the view of the sea & also the view of the cliffs by the sea. There are ample storage facilities within the apartment.The apt is fully air conditioned as well as having electronic shutters to keep bedroom cool.The apt sleeps up to 5 people.It has 1 double bed,2 single & a camp bed.
If cots, , meals etc are required then that can be arranged via reception.

There is a designated underground parking slot(key available at reception which is open 24 hours).There is a gym (all type of classes available) indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, beauty salon,(all types of treatments available massages etc) art gallery, 2 outdoor pools and a kiddies pool, restaurant, bars including poolside bar, tennis courts, football, kids playground, kids club (summer months only)

A pleasant drive from Faro International airport (45 mins) on the new motorway, the Western Algarve with it's tranquil beaches and sheltered coves is like no other part of Portugal.

The Praia da Luz / Estrela da Luz area

Luz is a small sleepy traditional Portuguese village that is still unspoilt by development. The beach and pace of life make it ideal for a very relaxing holiday. From the atmospheric Fortaleza overlooking the rugged cliffs, you can stroll along the promenade towards the beautiful beach, and why not enjoy a coffee along the way in one of the many small sea front restaurants.
There is plenty to do if you are looking for more active pursuits with 4 golf courses, horse riding, and a water sports school nearby. A Water Park and Zoo Marine are within 25 min drive from the apartment.
The picturesque town of Lagos is a 5 min drive away - ideal for shopping and local markets. A courtesy bus is also available from reception.

On leaving Faro airport head for the A22 motorway in the direction of Lisboa (Lisbon) and Portimao.In order to get onto A22 motorway you need to take two right exits along the way.Still follow signs for A22 Lisboa/Portimao .Please note at end of exits you need to stop & yield to oncoming traffic . .When on A22 exits start at 13.Keep driving until you get to exit 1.
Leave the A22 at exit 1.
Straight through the first roundabout ( no choice).
Take the 1st exit ( right) at the second roundabout towards Vila De Bispo.
Take the turn left for Luz after the camping ground which you will see on the right had side. Please note this is actually the second sign for Luz.
As you enter Luz the road goes downhill towards the sea Estrela de Luz is on your right near the small national school. Its distinctive design and colour make it easy to see.
