Bedroom one is a large family bedroom with a king and 2 singleswith en suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a very nice king size bed with full bathroom ajacent.
The living room is very spacious and is furnished to a high standard with comfortable sofa and lounge chairs
The kitchen is very well equipped, including fridge/freezer ,dishwasher, microwave ,cooker, with ceramic hob washer /dryer etc and all utensils and accessories .
The apartment is air conditioned and is operated by remote control, as is the DVD, TV, Mini system and satellite.
The south facing front balcony has dining for 6 people and the smaller rear balcony is ideal for a pre dinner drink
There is a lift from the basement car-park or ground floor, an electronic key for the underground car park can be got from reception. Access to the resort is controlled by electronic gates, so you can relax in the knowledge that the kids are in a secure environment.

The architectural design is in keeping with a Roman / Mediterranean feel. The extensive landscaping has typical Roman feel, with cypress trees, olive trees, palm trees and fragrant lavender borders. The main central village area has sunken gardens with natural stone effect walls.
The main leisure area comprises of two large pools, children's paddling pool, children's playground, water park and two Savannah tennis courts.

The faciliites within the resort are excellent and set among lansdcaped gardens with two outdoor pools and one indoor pool..
There are great bar and food facilities. The full gym and spa is available to guests
Only a few minutes walk there are Great restaurants, stunning beaches, fishing, dolphin watching, boating, watersports, scenic walks. A number of fabulous golf courses are nearby.

Conditions
The village has very good amenities such as supermarkets, bank, medical centre, bars and restaurants ranging from A la carte to more simple fare.

The Algarve / West Algarve region

The Praia da Luz / Estrela da Luz area
Luz is a small sleepy traditional Portuguese village that is still unspoilt by development.
The beach and pace of life, make it ideal for a very relaxing holiday. You can stroll along the promenade towards the beautiful beach, and enjoy a coffee/beer along the way in one of the many small sea front bars and restaurants.
There is plenty to do if you are looking for more active pursuits with 4 golf courses, horse riding, and a water sports school nearby.
The bustling town of Lagos with its very attractive Marina is only minutes away.
The villages of Burgeau and Salema are only a short drive away giving you even more unspoilt beach choices

On leaving Faro airport head for the A22 in the direction of Lisboa (Lisbon) and Portimao.
Leave the A22 at exit 1.
Straight through the first roundabout ( no choice).
Take the 1st exit ( right) at the second roundabout towards Vila De Bispo.
.Take the turn left for Luz after the camping ground which you will see on the right had side. Please note this is actually the second sign for Luz.
As you enter Luz the road goes downhill towards the sea Estrela de Luz is on your right near the small national school. Its distinctive design and colour makes it easy to see.

Stayed here in Aug for a couple of nights, great apartment and so big for a two bed. Very clean and spacious and two big bathrooms. Would recommend this apartmart to familys/ groups perfect for kids. Balconey lovely and big great for a drink in evening. Joe so helpfull and easy to deal with, Will definitely be back to estrella. |

Had a great holiday. Apartment was fabulous it had everything we needed and more. The complex was brilliant and staff at reception were very helpful. The apartment is huge and it really has the wow factor when you walk into it for the first time - in fact it kept the wow factor for the whole holiday! Everywhere was lovely and clean and the maid service was excellent - they seemed to come every other day and changed our towels very regularly. I would definitely recommend your apartment to anyone wanting to go to Portugal and have a relaxing holiday.
