The house is divided between 2 floors. The first floor comprises of one master en suite bedroom with views over the sea, one twin bedroom with views of the pool and a further double bedroom also overlooking the pool and gardens. This floor also has a family bathroom. The ground floor includes an open plan living and dining room, a large and fully equipped modern kitchen and a guest toilet. There is also a large furnished terrace that wraps around the house with sea views one side and views of the golf course and countryside on the other.

OBIDOS is a medieval walled town which enjoys a magnificent present-day state of repair as a result of its status as the traditional gift from Portuguese kings to their wives. The monarchy was overthrown in 1910 and Óbidos reflects the benefits of its patronage. Within the walls are fascinating alleys which have become home to high-class handicraft and gift shops as well as excellent bars and restaurants. Closeby, PENICHE is Portugal’s largest fishing port and the industry dominates the town. It is great to take a walk along the sea wall before visiting one of the many harbour-side restaurants for fresh fish cooked on a barbecue.
Eating out is both affordable and satisfying. There are top-class restaurants to sample that are excellent value for money. Tempting sea-food is a speciality and can be enjoyed with a chilled bottle of white wine from the region.
You will find the Portuguese people to be exceptionally friendly and visiting the many ‘non-touristy’ destinations in this area is very rewarding.
Praia D'el Rey Golf and Country Club area
Praia D'El Rey Beach and Golf Resort is a 50 minute drive from Lisbon airport. Golfers will not be disappointed with the course and it´s quality, beach lovers will be amazed at the stunning beaches and families will be more than happy with the swimming pools, kids clubs and range of activities in the resort. Praia D'El Rey is an 18 Hole Championship Links course. It was voted Golf Resort of the Year 2007 (International Association of Golf Tour Operators Golf World), ranked 80th in the Top 100 courses in the World (Golf World) and ranked 13th in Continental Europe(Golf World). The views as you walk around the course resort are simply stunning and constantly changing from cliff top ocean views to local countryside and pine forest views, all bordering the lush fairways. The clubhouse has a well equipped shop, a bar and restaurant for light snacks or full meals with a choice of local or international cuisine. The Resort boasts the stunning 5 star Marriott Hotel and Spa, a couple of minutes drive from the property. Arrival/ Departure for week stay, from Saturday till Saturday preferred. Minimum stay 7 nights. Arrival from 14.00 to 17.30. In case of delay it is essential to contact owner or person in charge of the keys within the a/m period in order to guarantee the respective delivery. Departure until 10.00. Refundable breakages deposit of 200 Euros required on arrival, to be refunded within two weeks of your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). Should the number of persons occupying the object exceed the number of persons reserved / reconfirmed, the owner reserves the right to refuse admission. Swimming pool open according to season Tennis admission fee not included in the price.

In case of cancellation, the cancellation fee will be: Up to 60 days prior to arrival 10 % of the total amount. Up to 45 days prior to arrival 20 % of the total amount. Up to 30 days prior to arrival 50 % of the total amount. Up to 21 days prior to arrival 70 % of the total amount. Less than 21 days prior to arrival or "no show" 100 % of the total amount.
