Sitting atop the majestic Atlantic coastline, in Portugals unspoiled and historic Silvercoast, Praia del Rey Golf and Beach Resort is one of Portugals most exclusive and attractive resort developments. Villa Praia Belo, is a luxury villa located in an exclusive part of Praia del Rey with only a short walk down to the long sandy beaches and the 5 star Marriot Hotel. The villa easily sleeps ten people in five bedrooms - three with en-suite bathrooms and two sharing a bathroom. Each bedroom has it's own access to the terrace or a balcony, all with unspoilt views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Internet access is available. The whole resort has been provided with 3G wireless internet access. The USB port can be rented from the Resident Service office. Unlimited access rates are:

Praia del Rey is within easy reach of the medievel town of Obidos a World Heritage site. This jewel of Portuguese National Heritage was conquered from the Moors in 1148, the town was traditionally given by the King of Portugal to the new Queen. Obidos also boasts a natural lagoon, the ideal spot for sailing, windsurfing or just relaxing.

The region also offers a wide variety of wines which are renowned for their quality. White wines are fresh fruity and balanced, while the reds are full bodied. There is is an an abundant variety of food including fresh fish and seafood from the local village of Pineche.

Family excursions and activities are also available. These can be booked through 'Clube Aventura'. The resort also offers a tennis centre, with six tennis courts. Five minutes drive will get you to Sierra del Rey, with more shops and restaurants.

- At cancellation from 42 - 28 days prior to arrival date 60 % of the rental price
- At cancellation from 28 - 1 day prior to arrival date 90% of the rental price
- At cancellation of arrival date or non arrival 100% of the rental price.

The following charges will be levied:

1. Cleaning, bath towels and linen: €75,- per week. The cleaning includes the preparation of the Villa and end cleaning. For a two/three week booking this also includes one bed linen change and a kitchen tidy up per week. Would you require additional cleaning services this could be arranged at an additional cost.

2. During the winter months an additional charge will be levied for gas usage: €50,- per week

3. Long lets: Please check prices with the owner for cleaning, linen, towels and gas usage.

Changeover day

Saturday/Sunday is normaly the changeover day. Change over during the week is allowed in the off seasons.
