A new, luxury detached villa sitauted on Portugal's beautiful silver coast within walking distance of its long, unspoilt sandy beaches. Praia D'el Rey has recently been voted the best golf course in Portugal and the 13th in Europe. The Villa is situated in a quiet part of the resort and is ideally placed to take advantage of all of its facilities, including Golf, Tennis, Swimming, Surfing and Cliff Walks.
The villa has been recently completed and is decorated and furnished to a high standard. It has 3 large bedrooms, with the master having a balcony overlooking the gardens. The second bedroom downstairs has an en suite. The large sitting room has ample space to seat 6. The property has a separate dining room and a well equipped kitchen. The Costa de Prata/Silver Coast region
Praia D'el Rey is situated on the Atlantic coast in an area of outstanding natural beauty, about 50 miles north of Lisbon. Close to Praia D'el Rey is the medieval town of Obidos. Surrounded by medieval walls and overlooked by the Moorish Castle the narrow cobbled streets are lined with whitewashed houses and shops piled high with local handicrafts. Obidos also boasts a spectacular lagoon, ideal for sailing, windsurfing or relaxing by its tranquil water.
Peniche is a busy fishing town just to the south, with a large harbour, rock formations, fantastic sandy beaches and the 17th Century Sao Joao Baptisa Fort.
Praia D'el Rey Golf and Country Club area
The resort offers golf, tennis, swimming and surfing. The famous Obidos lagoon is close by, providing a range of water sports.The resort provides an ideal base for exploring this beautiful and unspoilt part of Portugal. The area boasts a number of excellent restaurants as well as large supermarkets and speciality shops.
Praia D'el Rey is one of the most picturesque golf course in Europe, set in extensive grounds of pine forest and undulating dunes with spectacular views over the Atlantic and Berlenga Islands beyond.
The tennis centre is situated close to the Villa. There is also a convenience store close by.
How to get there
Praia D'el Rey is situated on he Atlantic coast, about 90km from Lisbon. The drive from Lisbon airport usually takes about 1 hour. The resort can be reached easily from the motorway via Junction 13 of the A8 motorway.

Further details indoors: All bedrooms have built in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the garden.The second bedroom on the ground floor has an en suite and terrace to the garden. Outside there are 4 garden chairs, 2 loungers and a dining table. There are two full men's sets of golf clubs in the villa for use at no extra cost.
Further details outdoors: The 8 by 4 metre swimming pool can be heated, if required, at an additional cost of £75 per week.

Conditions
A 25% deposit is required to secure the booking. The balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. A refundable breakage deposit of £300 is payable with the balance. This will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure, less any agreed charges for breakages or damage.
Rates include gas and electricity. Cleaning and laundry before each visit and a change of linen every week (if staying more than 7 days) are included. If additional cleaning services are required during your stay these can be arranged at an additional cost.
