Villa is ideal for a family or golf holiday to enjoy in a relaxed setting
either play golf on award winning championship resort course Praia del Rey or tennis on 7 flood lit courts or just relax on the many fabulous sandy beaches nearby,nearest Praia Del Rey beach 20 mins walk away,also one of Europe's top surfing beaches at Baleal 10 mins drive away
many walking/cycling trails at the nearby Obidos Lagoon

Ideal location to explore Portugal's silver coast and nearby medieval towns and villages notably world heritage walled town of Obidos and fishing walled town of Peniche.

Portugal's Silver Coast is an area of outstanding beauty from fantastic sandy beaches dotted all along the coast,medieval towns,historic palaces,vineyards and many great value restaurants to sample the local and international cuisine.

30% of rent payable to secure the booking,the balance payable within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday
€500 refundable security deposit payable with each booking,8 weeks prior to start of holiday,this will be refunded within 2 weeks of departure subject to any deductions for damages
when deposit is paid a Letting Agreement will be issued giving full details of the rental
strictly no smoking in the villa

The Costa de Prata/Silver Coast/Central Portugal region

The Silver Coast as this part of Portugal is known is an area of outstanding beauty, from fabulous Atlantic white sandy beaches dotted all along the coast with some of best surfing areas in Europe. Or why not explore the rural hinterland and medieval walled towns and villages and historical palace. The climate is not as warm as the Algarve in summer, however, some would say the climate here is more enjoyable and comfortable with typical temperatures in the mid to high 20's.

The Praia D'el Rey Golf and Country Club area

Praia Del Rey is a 5 Star championship golf and Beach Resort. It has a fantastic links course with great coastal views especially on back nine ,it was voted Golf Resort of the year 2007 by IAGTO. There is an excellent practice area with two English speaking professionals on hand to give lessons.

The golf club house which is 7/8 mins walk from the villa has restaurant,bar,an under 17's disco and an adventure club.It also has a lovely lounge to relax in and an large outdoor terrace with fabulous views of the Atlantic Ocean. There is also a 5 Star Marriott Beach & Golf Hotel on the resort which has the normal bar ,restaurant facilities plus a fine Gym/Spa which is just a 15 min walk from the villa.

The nearby beaches are some of the best in Europe for surfing. Also nearby is the beautiful safe Obidos Lagoon which beach activities including water sports with equipment hire and lessons available.

“Great family destination” Beautiful villa in quiet area with lovely private garden and pool that exceeded our expectations. Lots to do on site with golf, tennis and beach. The wider area offers plenty of water sports and beautiful beaches. There are also plenty of good restaurants nearby and the beautiful old town of Obidos. We will definitely pay a return visit.
