This great 3 bedroomed apartment sleeps 8 people in 7 separate beds. Located right in the heart of the centre of Prague, Wenceslas Square is one of the most famous and historically important addresses, with countless restaurants, shops and bars. With the nearest tram and metro stop just steps away, and Old Town Square just a few minutes walk, Museum 1 minute and Opera 2 minutes – this has to be the perfect base to explore all the sights that Prague has to offer.

This great apartment is ideal for families, friends, or business colleagues who want to relax at the end of the day. A 42inch plasma TV, DVD player and internet available (at a small additional charge), will add to the enjoyment.
This fully fitted three bedroomed apartment (with 5 double and 2 single beds) is situated on the 6th (top) floor, with lift (elevator). It benefits from a huge roof terrace, which in summer is equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers for your added relaxation. With a gym (with wellness and spa), café (breakfasts available), and not forgetting Marks and Spencer in the building, this location really does have all you will need.

The apartment consists of a living room, kitchen /dining room, three double bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms (bathroom and additional wc). There are stairs which lead up and out onto a huge roof terrace which in summer is perfect for sun bathing, or relaxing with a glass or two of the local beer or wine.
The apartment comprises the living room, which has been furnished with modern style and comfort with sofas, coffee tables, plants, a 42 inch plasma TV and DVD player. There are three bedrooms, two which each have 2 double beds and single bed; the other with a double bed. Bathroom with bath and shower above, and additional separate wc.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There is also a dining table and chairs.
Stairs lead up and out onto a huge roof terrace, which in summer is furnished with table and chairs, and sun loungers - the perfect place to relax and unwind.
Wi-fi is available at 5 euros per day.
Towels, linens, a hair-dryer and complimentary soaps are provided.
Parking (for 1 car) is available at a cost of 15 euros per day

“Fabulous apartment and excellent location!” Stayed recently at this apartment in Wenceslas Square and have used this company before as all their apartments are fantastic. This apartment is very spacious - room to sleep up to 5 in the bedrooms with 2 double beds and a sofa bed. The location is brilliant - right above Marks and Spencers in the middle of Wenceslas Square (but not overlooking so it's quiet). You can just pop downstairs into the M&S cafe or wander round the square and its many shops and restaurants. It's only 5 mins walk to Old Town Square. We stayed as a family and there is plenty of space, seating etc. It was lovely to return to the warmth and comfort of this apartment after crisp walks around the centre of Prague. Travelled with my 93 year old father and access is very good for older people.

“Nice appartement but can be noisy.” Appartement is not quiet at all; surrounded by other appartments which are being rented and depending on customers it can be very noisy. Also airconditionning from shops beneath on top of the roof so not exactly nice to use the terrace + view in from 4 sides. Appartement itself has no airco. Not enough pots and pans to cook for 6/8 persons but going out eating is cheap in Prague. Bedrooms are big and beds comfortable. Appartment is well located in the very centre of Prague which is a big advantage when going with teenagers. The owner who did the check in was very helpfull. Family with teenagers from Belgium Response: Thank you for your review. This is the only apartment we have available to rent in this building, so I am afraid we cannot control noise caused by other holiday makers or residents. We are sorry you encountered some noise on your recent stay, but we can assure you this is not typical, and despite the fact that the apartment is right on Wenceslas Square, we hope you will agree that the apartment is free from the noise of traffic etc. It is also true that when you are sitting up on the huge roof terrace, some noise can be heard when the air conditioning units are switched on, but this cannot be heard in the apartment itself. And again if you are sitting on a roof terrace in the very heart of a European Capital City, we think that some noise could be expected. Please contact us when you next return to Prague and we wil be pleased to offer you a discount in this or any of our other apartments.

Our group stayed at the King Wenceslas Square apartment during the first week in May. We found it to be a great apartment in an excellent location for touring Prague. The apartment was very quiet and the rooftop patio a great place to have a drink in the evening. Everything was as promised on their website. You will not be disappointed.


We stayed in the the King Wenceslas Square accommodation which is a fantastic apartment. Everything was as advertised and Chris was on hand for our arrival and available by phone should we have any queries. Cannot fault our stay in any way, perfectly placed for seeing Prague. Just a short walk from the Old Town, Charles Bridge etc. The roof terrace is an added bonus. We were lucky enough to visit Prague during particularly warm weather and enjoyed use of the terrace immensely. Will certainly use this site again as will definitely be returning to Prague.
