This air conditioned duplex apartment is ideal for families, friends, or business colleagues who want to relax at the end of the day. A 42inch plasma TV , DVD player and wi-fi Internet will add to the enjoyment.

This fully fitted four-bedroom, 2 bathroom loft style apartment is in a quiet building, yet right in the heart of the city centre. Situated on the 6th (top) floor, with lift (elevator)

The apartment consists of a beautiful living room, kitchen /dining room, four bedrooms (three very large, with queen sized beds and additional sofa beds – one with single bed as well), two bathrooms and additional WC. There is also a galleried area giving additional relaxation or sleeping space.

On the lower level comprises the living room, which has been furnished with modern style and comfort with sofas, coffee tables, plants, a 42 inch plasma TV and DVD/CD player. There is also a dining area with dining table and chairs. Also on this level are two bedrooms, one with queen sized bed and single sofa bed; the other with two single beds. Bathroom with bath and shower above, and additional separate WC.

The kitchen is modern and well equipped with an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. There is also a dining table and chairs.

Stairs lead up to a galleried area, which has a single sofa bed. Ideal for reading/relaxation, or as an additional sleeping area. There is also a second bathroom with shower cubicle and two huge bedrooms, each with queen sized beds and additional sofa beds.

Wi-fi is available in this apartment for 5 euros per day
Towels, linens, a hairdryer and complimentary soaps are provided.
This fantastic air-conditioned apartment can accommodate up to 12 guests sleeping in 10 separate beds/ sofa beds – ideal for large families, groups of friends, or discerning business travellers who are looking for far more space than a hotel can offer.

We have 4 great adjacent apartments within this building. You can choose from a 1 bedroom, sleeping 4, two 2 bedroomed apartments, each sleeping up to 7 or 8, and a great 4 bedroomed apartment, sleeping 12.

They are quiet apartments despite being right in the heart of the city centre - only 2 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square and Old Town.

We provide free taxi transfer from the airport or train station on arrival.

Having spent a beautiful weekend last Dec. in Prague in your King Wenceslas Apartment, we are booking to revisit this year. The apartment was spotlessly clean,spacious, had everything you could ask for and is in a superb location for all sightseeing.Chris was extremely helpful, nothing was too much trouble especially with advice and the numerous questions we had for him.The taxis were prompt and the drivers very friendly and cheerful.Booking arrangements were carried out by Brian,in a friendly and efficient way.In this day and age its a rare thing to be treated with respect so I sincerely hope that this company will continue to be supported and are due a BIG THANK YOU from me.Shiela :)


Just returned from our golf Trip to Prague, we all had a great week, and I wanted to say thank you to you and your staff for making our trip, the apartments were 1st class.

I have 12 mates who are very critical and vocal if things are not right so I was worried prior to the tour, as I only had pictures to show them that all would be ok, I should not have worried all was fine,

Chris was a real star, he sorted everything out, explained everything clearly from the keys to the various local amenities, and also sorted out two minor probs with a lock out and a power failure, these were no problem as Chris sorted these out within no time.

The apartments were better than I could have hoped for, clean and lots of towels and hot water, and a good welcome pack on arrival,

and enough space for everyone
