The apartment is located in one of the most interesting parts of Prague. Žižkov combines all the possible advantages for the modern traveler. On one hand it is a quiet area, ideal for a family's holidays in this area are several parks with a large playgrounds, IMAX cinema and a large shopping center Flora. On another hand, this part of Prague is known for its clubs, bars and pubs. If you come to the Czech Republic in order to be acquainted with historical monuments, tasting Czech beer and traditional cuisine, the Žižkov is perfect for you.
10 minutes by bus 207, and you are already in the heart of Prague's Old Town Square / Staromestske nám?stí, where the Tyn Church, the Town Hall and the famous astrological clock (Orloj) are situated. After traveling 6 minutes by tram 9, you get to Wenceslas Square / Václavské nám?stí, one of the most famous and large square in the world, the main center of the Nove Mesto in Prague.
In a 2-3 minute walk from house is the tram stop Lipanská (tram 9, 26, 5) and the bus stop Tachovské nám?stí (bus (phone number hidden)). In the house next door is a restaurant serving Czech cuisine Prokopovka, which offers a menu in Czech, English and Russian languages. Across the road from the house is supermarket Tesco.
Apartment are for 2-3 people (double bed in the bedroom and a sofa-bed for one person in a room). If you ll need we can organize one more bed (fold-out couch).
In a large bright living room are a leather sofa (for 1 person), kitchen line with modern technology (electric oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, electric stove, fridge with large freezer) a round dining table for 4 persons, a large LCD TV and a bar with 2 bar stools. Corridor equipped with a big wardrobe. In the bedroom is situated a standard double bed, two bedside tables, small table, wardrobe and wall-mounted LCD-TV. Entrance to the bathroom is also from a bedroom and a living room. Bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, bath, wash basin and WC. There are ironing board, iron, high-speed WiFi Internet (included in price). In the corridor at backside of the living room is another big wardrobe.
The apartment has a balcony. Smoking in the apartment is strictly PROHIBITED.
The house is a new building of modern type. There is a reception on the ground floor, the entrance into the living area is implemented through two doors on code and reception. The house is equipped with an elevator.
The rent includes a parking space in the underground car park directly in the house(deposit for the key is 50€).
