The Bohemia / Prague area
This Prague apartment is located just 100 metres from Wenceslas square, the National Museum and Opera House. From here it is a short walk to Old Town, the historical centre of the city, where you will find the astronomical clock. Close to here is the Charles Bridge and Mala Strana. The apartment is less than a minutes walk from three central metro and tram stations, Museum, IP Pavlova and Nam Miru, which take you to all parts of the city. Tesco supermarket is also a minute away by foot. This beautiful Prague apartment is located in the prestigious residential neighbourhood of Vinohrady, where you will find many of the city's best bars, restaurants and clubs. A short walk away is Prague's most beautiful park, Riegrovy Sady, from where you can enjoy stunning views of the city and castle while escaping the crowds. From here, it is a short walk to the city's largest open beer garden where you can drink, chat, watch a sports game, listen to music, or just soak up the atmosphere.

If the apartment is booked for 7 nights one night is free. A deposit of 60 euro should be paid in advance for reservation of the apartment. This can be paid through bank transfer or through PAYPAL. The deposit is refundable (minus transfer charges)if booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival date. Taxi transfer can be organised. The remaining sum should be paid in cash upon arrival in the apartment. The option of payment by credit card will also be considered but should be discussed with the owner in advance. Payment in other currencies other than the one shown will also be considered.

We just wanted to say thank you so much for making our trip to Prague complete with your amazing apartment. We felt instantly welcome and at home in the apartment and greatly enjoyed our stay there. Prague was beautiful and interesting and had great nightlife (M1 lounge and Karlovy Lazne being my personal favourites) and to come home to such a nice apartment just put the cherry on top. We couldn't find anything to fault, the location and condition of the apartment were great, it was extremely clean and tidy and the price was very reasonable. To finish it off Pavla was extremely accommodating and gave us a parting gift which just confirmed that we had definitely made the right choice in deciding where to stay.
As a family of 6 finding affordable accommodation that still impresses the teenagers (who are used to all their comforts and have expensive tastes) is always a challenge. Thankfully we chose this apartment, great value, central and most important - really lovely. The owner has done a good job with the refurbishment (comfortable beds/sofas and tasteful decoration not spoiling the elegance of the original building) and we found the apartment smart, airy, clean, comfortable and amply big enough and well appointed for us to find cooking/eating-in as much of a pleasure as going out. Location is good, we were able to walk to everywhere we wanted to get to but if walking gets too much the metro/trams are on your doorstep. The area is nice - decent bakers and shops on the doorstep (including the ubiquitous Tesco's) and also directly opposite is a music cellar run by a great eccentric, well worth a visit to hear some genuine Czech music, drink cheap beer and meet the locals (and see absolutely no tourists!). Should we pay Prague a return visit, we would have no hesitation in booking this apartment again and warmly thank the host for his care and attention which helped make our stay in this beautiful City such a pleasure.
We have just got back from a 3 night stay in Prague and what a great experience it was.We were 3 couples and t the apartment provided excellent privacy and plenty of communal space to eat, drink and chat together. The website gives a very good impression of the apartment and quite frankly you get "exactly what it says on the tin". We will definitely return to Prague and this will be our first choice of accommodation when we do. Ilan helped us with everything from the original enquiry to arranging taxi transfers and it just made the planning so much simpler.Check out Pivovarsky restaurant and brewery on the corner of Lipova - good beer traditional food very reasonably priced and the staff were excellent. Cannot fault anything with our break - even the weather co-operated ! Thanks again
The photos are true to the apartment and we were grateful to find the place just as beautiful in real life. As a frequent traveler with a taste for cleanliness, space and calm neutral decorations, this was the perfect fit. For this affordable price we could be just 2 couples in a four bedroom apt. It was perfect. The location is good and in the 4 days we had in prague we didn't feel the need to use public transport once. The host is friendly, helpful and available for advice on what to see and do. We greatly appreciate the good service.
Your apartment was very good for us: a very wide, comfortable, clean, nice apartment, and its collocation in the city is very strategic. Near the centre, near station of underground and tram. From Balbinova it is easy arrive walking in all part of city, and the apartment is in a quite site of the city. I will speak about this accommodation with friends that will want to spend an holidays in Prague. It was an ideal accommodation for us, comfortable also for our 3 children! Prague is a marvellous city, it seems to be in a dream, and we have good holidays in Prague. Thank you for your collaboration and disponibility to answer to all our questions and for a perfect organization, also in the parking.
