Luxury, bright 1 bedroom apartment of 103 m2 on the 4th floor of renovated apartment building with lift. (Sleeps max 4 adults and 2 children) In a great location 3 mins walk from National Museum and Wenceslas Square.
Apartment is located in a quiet street - Balbínova, with plenty of restaurants, bars and cafes within short walking distance. The apartment has many of the characteristics of traditional Prague historic buildings such as large double wooden doors and original parquet flooring.
The apartment comprises large entrance hall with guest toilet and access to the kitchen and dining area. The living room is fully equipped with plasma TV, satellite tv and DVD player with surround sound. The is also an extra sofa bed which comfortably sleeps 2. A baby cot is available on request for an extra surcharge. Large study/working desk with LCD Monitor/mouse to connect your notebook. Free hi-speed wifi internet access is included for as many devices that need connecting.
Large double ensuite bedroom of 25 m2. In the bathroom there is bathtub, shower corner, 2 wash basins, toilet and plenty of cupboard space. The apartment compromises high ceilings, wooden parquets, central heating and luxury modern lighting. The apartment comes fully furnished with all basics (soaps, milk, tea, coffee, water) to start your stay. There is also a Delonghi espresso and cappucino maker in the kitchen.
English maps and guidebooks provided.
There is possibility for garage parking within the building upon request.
Nearest Tram stop is within 1 minute walk. Museum Metro station is 3 minutes walk which has direct link to the express service to Prague airport.
The apartment is located opposite the Czech National Radio Station which has 24 hour security making it a very safe place to stay.

Apartment is located in the heart of the City about 3 mins walk from National Museum and the top end of Wenceslas Square.
Wenceslas Square is well known for its abundance of bars, pubs and restaurants as well as discos.
Namesti Miru is a square located about 5 mins walk away and has many coffee shops and more relaxed restaurants.
The Old Town Square is located about 10 mins walk from the bottom end of Wenceslas Square.
The area is very safe as the Czech National Radio station is directly opposite the property on the same street and has 24 hour security.

"Wish we could have moved in for a month"
Not having been to Prague before, we kind of guessed on the location of this apartment. Turns out it is in a GREAT spot. It is quick to walk to the main bustling areas, but the neighborhood itself is quiet. As a cultural bonus, Czech Public Radio is directly across the street so you can watch people on air and others in their offices throughout the day and night.
The apartment is very spacious and airy and decorated tastefully. Everything was clean and we had all the supplies we needed. Riki made us feel very welcome when he greeted us and had even put out some snacks for us upon our arrival. In addition, he had on hand tons of maps & books about Prague as well as making his own recommendations. If we are ever back in Prague, we will stay here again!!
Note: we had problems paying for the property ahead of time, but that was due to technical issues with TripAdvisor and in no way had anything to do with the property owner.

"A brilliant gateway to a wonderful city."
This property is located in an excellent location in Prague, near to the Zizkov district, which is one of the most vibrant and outgoing parts of the city with numerous bars and clubs. But still close to the city centre (about 10 minutes walk to old town) and Museums. All facilities are close including supermarkets and an internet cafe just down the road. Prague is such a different city to many in Europe, with the variety of activities to do and places to see outnumbering almost any other, the ease of having a base in this location makes the experience so much more enjoyable.
The flat was clean when we arrived, and furnished comfortably, with large open spaces and windows, extremely spacious for a four person apartment. Riki (the landlord) was extremely helpful in giving us some tips and pointers as to where to go in the city and out of it, and also prompt and informative in reply to all email correspondence.
All together, the flat complements the great city in giving a firm and safe place to explore everything it has to offer

Very clean and confortable, big bathroom and bed, linnen, towel are really ok.
Few minutes to green metro and tram.
