This lovely one bedroom apartment is furnished with modern style and comfort.
It is a great apartment to explore the city from either on foot or by tram. The apartment consists of a living room, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom.
The living room has a double sofa bed, coffee table, lamps, a TV with international satellite channels, a DVD player, VHS and a CD player. There is small dining table and four chairs.
The beautiful modern kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, all modern appliances and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay.
The bedroom is spacious and has a queen size double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe.
The bathroom has a corner jacuzzi bath, hand basin, heated towel rail and toilet

Further details indoors: This is a very nice one bedroomed apartment at the same location as Wenceslas 1, 2 and 3. Smaller in size than Wenceslas 1, as it is on one level, not two. It consists of marbled entrance, lounge with sofa bed, TV, dining table. Fully fitted kitchen. Bedroom with double bed, wardrobes, TV. Bathroom with corner jacuzzi bath. Ideal for single person or couple with the possibility of a 3rd person on sofa bed in the lounge.

There is a 3 day minimum booking, with a 5 day minimum stay across the Christmas and New Year period.

As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge.
In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
