This spacious duplex apartment is furnished with modern style and comfort. It is a great apartment to explore the city from either on foot or by tram. The apartment consists of a large living room, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a galleried sleeping area and a bathroom. It is very light and bright and has parquet floors throughout.
On the lower floor of the apartment is the living room. This is a very spacious room with two single sofa beds, coffee tables, lamps, a TV with international satellite channels, a DVD player, VHS and a CD player. There is large dining table and six chairs.
The fully equipped kitchen area has an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay.
Also on this floor is a separate toilet. Stairs lead up to the second floor of this apartment.
On this upper floor is the master bedroom which has a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a fully fitted wardrobe.
The twin room has two single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe.
There is an additional single sofa bed on a galleried area and 2 sofa beds in the lounge
The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over and a hand basin.

There is a 3 day minimum booking, with a 5 day minimum stay across the Christmas and New Year period.
There is a EUR 8.00 cleaning charge per person to be paid on arrival with a minimum charge of EUR 20.00 per apartment.
As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge.
In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
