This spacious one bedroom duplex apartment is furnished with modern style and comfort. It is a great apartment to explore the city from either on foot or by tram. The apartment consists of a living room, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, a double bedroom, a galleried sleeping area and a bathroom. It is very light and bright and has parquet floors throughout.

On the lower floor of the apartment is the living room. This is a very spacious room with two sofas, coffee tables, lamps, a TV with international satellite channels, a DVD player, VHS and a CD player. There is small dining table and chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen area has an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay.

Also on this floor is a separate toilet. Stairs lead up to the second floor of this apartment which has views across the rooftops of Prague.

On this upper floor is the bedroom which has a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a fully fitted wardrobe.There is an additional double sofa bed on a galleried area.

The bathroom has a full size bath with shower over and a hand basin.

Additional Booking Conditions:
· This is a Non smoking apartment.
· There is a safety deposit box in the apartment.
· There is a 5 day minimum stay across the Christmas and New Year period.
· There is a EUR 8.00 cleaning charge per person to be paid on arrival with a minimum charge of EUR 20.00 per apartment.

Right in the heart of the city centre, in Prague 1. A quiet, yet perfect location. 2 streets from Wenceslas Square and a few minutes stroll into Old Town, Charles Bridge etc. 1 minute from nearest tram and metro links.

Well what can I say, this is Prague - one of the world's most beautiful cities. Fantastic scenery, restaurants and bars by the hundred - the perfect 'get away' location, with cheap flights and very cheap cost of living.

Stairs to upper floor which consists of double bedroom, fully fitted wardrobes, bathroom with full sized bath and shower over – and spectacular views over the rooftops of the city centre; gallery with single bed and 2 additional sofa beds in the lounge.

There is a 3 day minimum booking, with a 5 day minimum stay across the Christmas and New Year period.

There is a EUR 8.00 cleaning charge per person to be paid on arrival with a minimum charge of EUR 20.00 per apartment.

As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge.

In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.

Upon booking we ask for a 20 % deposit, the balance can be paid on arrival.
