Located in Prague's New Town, this apartment building is ideally located for all of Prague's major attractions and nightlife.

Just a few minutes walk from Wenceslas Square, one of the most popular places to stay in Prague as it has it all...a thriving nightlife and great shopping.

An additional benefit of this building is the sauna that is available for guests to use.

Big, beautiful & central, Wenceslas 3 sleeps 9 persons in 8 separate beds.

This large three bedroom duplex apartment is furnished with modern style and comfort. It is a great apartment to explore the city from either on foot or by tram. The apartment consists of a large living room, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, a shower room, a double bedroom, two twin bedrooms, a galleried sleeping area and a bathroom. It is very light and bright and has parquet floors throughout.

On the lower floor of the apartment is a spacious hallway at the end of which is a shower room. This has a shower, toilet, and basin, mirror and a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The living room is also off the hall. This is a very spacious room with two single sofa beds, a coffee table, lamps, a TV with international satellite channels, a DVD player, VHS and a CD player. There is large dining table and six chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen has an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay. There is also a safe in the apartment.

From the living room and dining room stairs lead up to the second floor.

On this upper floor is the master bedroom, which has a queen size double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, a wardrobe and a cot. There are two twin bedrooms each with two single beds, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe. There are an additional 2 single sofa beds on a galleried area.

There is a second bathroom on this floor with a full size bath with shower over, toilet, bidet and heated towel rail.

Additional Booking Conditions:
· This is a Non smoking apartment.
· There is a safety deposit box in the apartment.
· There is a 5 day minimum stay across the Christmas and New Year period.
· There is a EUR 8.00 cleaning charge per person to be paid on arrival

An additional single sofa bed is also provided. Use of sauna in the basement of the building is included at no extra charge.

This is a Non smoking apartment.

There is a 3 day minimum booking, with a 5 day minimum stay across the Christmas and New Year period.

There is a EUR 8.00 cleaning charge per person to be paid on arrival with a minimum charge of EUR 20.00 per apartment.

As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge.

In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.

Upon booking we ask for a 20 % deposit, the balance can be paid on arrival.
