These amazing apartments are located in the heart of the city centre, in Prague 1. Just a few minutes' walk to Charles Square and Wenceslas Square, and a 15 minute stroll to Charles Bridge and Old Town Square, with its famous markets, restaurants, and Astronomical Clock.

Within a few minutes' walk you will discover an extensive selection of places to eat and drink, local shopping, entertainment and night life together with some superb shopping in Wenceslas Square and Parizska street, which has many of the best known major retailers along with leading restaurants, outdoor cafes, pubs and trendy bars. This newly designed apartment with its surrounding entertainment facilities offers the perfect escape.

These bright split-level attic apartments are situated in an 1880's building with a new lift. They have the added benefit of being fully air conditioned, and fully centrally heated, with 2 bathrooms and an additional toilet.

King Wenceslas Prestige 4 (207 square metres) is a spacious 4 bedroomed duplex apartment (with additional 5th sleeping area). It can sleep up to 13 people, in 8 separate beds/sofa beds. However the maximum we allow is 12 guests

The lower level consists of an entrance hall (with sofa bed that can be utilised as a 5th sleeping area), living room with fantastic designer open plan kitchen, a large glass dining table and chairs, three bedrooms, shower bathroom and an additional toilet.

The upstairs gallery with 4th bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet is reached by a designer white and glass staircase. This modern apartment boasts high quality materials with lots of glass, metal, and wooden floors.

The large living area has comfortable sofas, coffee tables, fireplace with remote controlled gas fire and large 50 inch LED flat screen TV. Wireless internet connection is provided free of charge.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer, glass hob with extractor hood, microwave oven, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.

The spacious dining area has a large glass dining table with seating for 8.

The 3rd toilet is located by the entrance hall.

The first downstairs bedroom has two large comfortable double beds, night tables with drawers, reading lamps, valet stand.

The downstairs bathroom has a very large bathtub with shower attachment, washbasin, mirror, toilet, heating radiator.

Bedroom 2 has two large comfortable double beds. There is also a night table with lamp and a chest of drawers.

Through bedroom 2 is bedroom 3 with a single bed and armchair and foot stool. There is also a night table with lamp, and valet stand.

The 4th galleried bedroom can be reached via the white and glass staircase. It has a double bed and a sofa bed to allow for additional sleeping. There are also night stands with drawers, reading lamps and valet stand.

Off the gallery is bathroom 2, with shower wet room area, and separate toilet.

There is a hair dryer in each bathroom. Towels and linens are supplies. There is a washing machine (with dryer) and ironing facilities. A baby cot can be provided on request (at a small additional charge).

Please note, all our apartments are non-smoking. Because our apartments are in residential buildings and we wish to ensure our neighbours are not disturbed or inconvenienced in any way, we cannot allow young groups, stag, hen or similar party groups. Non – family groups of 4 or more should enquire before booking, detailing the nature of their group.

Additional Booking Conditions:

• A security deposit of EUR 500 is payable in advance (or in cash on arrival). It will be returned in full if no damages or disturbance to other residents has occurred

"Brilliant apartment, great location."
