The apartments of residence Ai Quattro Angeli are surrounded by Prague’s fascinating historic center and represent an easy access to wonderful architecture and to the nightlife of one of the most beautiful European capitals in the world.
Prague’s age-old nucleus develops along the banks of the Moldau river. The upper part of the city is dominated towards the West by the presence of the Hradcany neighborhood, center of political power and home of the wonderful castle. Inside its walls rises the striking Saint Vitus Gothic cathedral.
Going southwards, you’ll stroll amongst buildings in Mala Strana built during the end of the 18th century, admiring, beyond the river, the Old Town. It is the heart of Prague, dominated by Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance buildings; Old Town Square preserves the extraordinary Astronomical Clock Tower, the twin belltowers of the Tyn church and the splendid church of Saint Nicholas.
A short distance from your apartment in Prague, Wenceslas Square (Venceslao), filled with Parisian type boulevards, has arcades and domes of the National Museum. You’re at Nove Mesto, the hub of the city’s economic life, the area for shopping and banks. Strolling in Republic Square you will not forget theart nouveau of the town hall and the beautiful glass dome of Sala Smetana, location of prestigious concerts.
Do not forget to visit the Jewish Quarter, Josefov; its synagogues, the Jewish Cemetery and the town hall, with its counterclockwise clock, have remained intact during the course of centuries, the only case in Europe.

The Bohemia / Prague area

There is a lot to see in the Czech Republic besides Prague. Prague is a must if you don't have time to get to other places in the country. But if you have a few days when you feel like you've had enough of the city, go exploring. There are charming little towns full of historical treasures, there are numerous old castles, peaceful mountains, forests, lakes, villages, people and traditions.
The Prague / Central Prague area
Prague is filled with beauty and can be enjoyed and explored for days, months, or a lifetime. The city has its charm at any time of the year. The average visitor will only have a few days to discover Prague's many faces, so let's not get carried away...
Our recommended minimum time to spend in Prague is three days. This amount of time will allow you to get to know Prague's main sights and historical areas without feeling rushed.
If you have more than three days available, you can explore Prague in more detail. There are always things to do and places to go and it is always a pleasure to just stroll the streets of the Lesser Town, Old Town and Hradčany. You can also visit some museums or galleries, get outside of the historical centre, or take a trip out of Prague.
