The Bohemia / Prague area

Great city centre location, right on the banks of the river Vltava. A 10 minute stroll to Charles Bridge, which leads into Old Town. Wenceslas Square is a 15 minute walk, or a few stops on the tram (nearest stop 3 minutes walk). Directly across the river from the famous Dancing House (Fred and Ginger building), and a 5 minute walk from one of Prague's largest shopping malls.Quiet apartment, yet in a great area with parks outside which have seated areas, children's playground, tennis courts, boat hire, cafe and restaurant.

The living room is light and airy with huge picture windows leading to a lovely balcony with fabulous views of the river. The room has a large sofa bed, a coffee table, lamps, a TV with international satellite channels, DVD player and a CD player. Also here is a dining table and chairs. The rooms have beautiful parquet floors, high ceilings and a ceiling fan.

The fully equipped kitchen has an oven and hob, dishwaher, breakfast bar and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The master bedroom has a king size double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps, a bureau and a large walk in closet. It has wall to wall carpetting. This room faces onto a courtyard. It has a full en suite bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and hand basin.

The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside tables, walk in closet, reading lamps, a bureau and has wall to wall carpetting. This bedroom also has a full ensuite bathroom with toilet, shower, bath and hand basin

This is a Non smoking apartment.

Sorry, no stag or hen groups allowed.

There is a 3 day minimum booking, with a 5 day minimum stay across the Christmas and New Year period.

There is a EUR 8.00 cleaning charge per person to be paid on arrival with a minimum charge of EUR 20.00 per apartment.

As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge.

In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.

Upon booking we ask for a 20 % deposit, the balance can be paid on arrival.

Just wanted to let you know we had a brilliant family weekend in Prague and the apartments were perfect.
Just a note to say how much we enjoyed our weekend in Prague.
The weather was cold and snowy but we think that added to our enjoyment of the city.
