This two bedroom apartment located on the 4th floor (with lift) is furnished with modern style and comfort. It is a great apartment to explore the city from either on foot or by tram. The apartment consists of a living room, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms with queen sized beds (one has an additional single bed), and a bathroom. It is very light and bright and has parquet floors throughout.

There is a very spacious living room with large pictue windows letting in the light. There are sofas, chairs, coffee tables, lamps, a TV with international satellite channels, a DVD player. There is also a dining table and chairs.

The fully equipped kitchen area has an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay. There is also a washer dryer.

There are two double bedrooms one with a queen size bed, the other with a queen sized bed and additional single bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe. A sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate a 6th guest.

The stunning marble tiled bathroom has a full size bath with shower over, a separate shower, a hand basin, a heated towel rail and a toilet. There is also a second separate toilet in the apartment.

There is a 3 day minimum booking, with a 5 day minimum stay across the Christmas and New Year period.

As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge.

In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.

Conditions

Upon booking we ask for a 20 % deposit, the balance can be paid on arrival.

Just wanted to let you know we had a brilliant family weekend in Prague and the apartments were perfect.
Just a note to say how much we enjoyed our weekend in Prague.
The weather was cold and snowy but we think that added to our enjoyment of the city.
