Home description

This beautiful building is located just 200 metres from Wenceslas Square and the National Museum, in an area known as Vinohrady. This area has plenty of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants and if you don't want to take the short walk, it is just one tram stop away from Wenceslas Square.

This spacious four bedroom duplex apartment is on the 5th and 6th floors (with lift) and is furnished with modern style and comfort. It is a great apartment to explore the city from either on foot or by tram. The apartment consists of a living room, a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, and a bathroom. It is very light and bright and has parquet floors throughout.

On the lower floor of the apartment is the living room. This is a very spacious room with sofas, comfortable chairs, coffee tables, lamps, a 42 inch plasma TV with international satellite channels, a DVD player.
There is also a large dining table with seating for 9 people.

The fully equipped kitchen area has an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay.

Also on this floor is one of the double bedrooms with a queen sized bed, bedside tables and a wardrobe. There is also a toilet on this floor.

A gorgeous spiral staiway leads up to the second floor of this apartment and the remaining bedrooms and remaining bathroom.

The master bedroom has a queen sized double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and reading lamps. It also benefits from a stunning marble tiled en suite bathroom with a full size bath with shower over, a toilet, hand basin and heated towel rail. This lovely room also has a terrace which spans the width of the bedroom.

There is one other double bedroom with a double bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and a wardrobe. Inter-connected to this bedroom there is also a twin bedroom with two single beds. A fold away bed is provided for the ninth guest.

Leading from the large landing is an additional shower room with toilet on this floor.

There is a 3 day minimum booking, with a 5 day minimum stay across the Christmas and New Year period.

There is a EUR 8.00 cleaning charge per person to be paid on arrival with a minimum charge of EUR 20.00 per apartment.

As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge.

In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.

Upon booking we ask for a 20 % deposit, the balance can be paid on arrival.
