Refundable damage deposit:
We charge our guests a refundable deposit of 250 Euro in cache (or equivalent in other currency) upon the arrival. This provides us with security in the unlikely event there is damage to our property or its contents. The deposit is refundable at the check out.
Parking is possible on a hotel parking place 150m from the apartment for 20 Euro / day. It´s also possible to park your car on the streets on few marked parking places (with parking meter) for free over night (18h - 8h). However these places are often occupied based on the rule first come, first served.
Other possibility is to park on a protected parking place at Florenc metro station (15 min from the apartment) for 30 Euro / 10 days.
When you arrive:
- We offer a pick up from the airport by our car for 30 Euro (there is a parking fee at the airport).
- We can do a small shopping for you before you arrive to save your time. Just tell us what you would like to have in the fridge on your arrival
Apartment is located in the popular residential area in the city centre. The Old town with famous monuments are within 2 stops by tram (15min).
Streets with shops, pubs and restaurants are typical for this area since it is a favourite place for living. You can find miscellaneous shops, restaurants, cafes and other services in the neighbourhood. Prices are considerably lower in this area than they are in the streets of the Old town.
The biggest exhibition site for the National Gallery in Prague is about 100m / 300ft from the apartment (Veletržní palác) featuring art exhibitions of the 19th to 21st century.
Two major Prague parks are near the apartment : Stromovka (600m / 2000ft) and Letna (1.5km / 5000ft). Stromovka is the largest park in the city. Both of them are ideal places for jogging, in-line skating or for a dinner in some of the restaurants in the surroundings.
Famous Prague Zoo is close, situated on the other side of the Stromovka park.
Connectivity and public transport:
The location of the apartment is ideal for reaching different parts of Prague. The historical centre is at about 15 min by tramway or metro.
Metro station is only at 250m / 800ft and it is the fastest way to get to all important places in Prague.
The choice of different tram lines is high and they offer a quick, cheap and convenient transportation to the historical centre of Prague, Mala Strana, Prague Castle, Prague market etc..

"comfortable flat and terrible house"
