There is WiFi ADSL internet access here at no charge. Also in this room is a dining table and three chairs. The living room has a beautiful wooden floor. and a pitched roof with sky light windows.

This is a Non smoking apartment.
There is a 3 day minimum booking, with a 5 day minimum stay across the Christmas and New Year period.
There is a EUR 8.00 cleaning charge per person to be paid on arrival with a minimum charge of EUR 20.00 per apartment.
As with most hotels on arrival you will be asked to pay the balance of the rental charge.
In the event of cancellation, your initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
Conditions
Upon booking we ask for a 20 % deposit, the balance can be paid on arrival.
