About the home

This large and stylish top floor apartment is furnished with modern flair and comfort. It is a great apartment to explore the city from either on foot or by tram. The apartment consists of a living room (with 3 additional sofa beds), a dining area, a fully fitted kitchen, two double bedrooms, two galleried sleeping areas and a bathroom.

The living room is very spacious and has three single sofa beds, coffee tables, lamps and a 42" plasma screen TV with international satellite channels. The apartment also has WiFi Internet access. There is a very light and bright dining area with a dining table and six chairs. The living room has a beautiful wooden floor. and a pitched roof with sky light windows.

The fully equipped kitchen area has an oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, all modern appliances and all the crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay.

Each bedroom has a queen size double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and reading lamps and are flooded with light from the skylights in the roof. There are additional single beds on two galleried areas within each bedroom.

The bathroom has a toilet, full size bath with shower over, heated towel rail, bidet and twin hand basins.

Wi fi and secure parking are available for a small additional charge

There is a 3 day minimum booking, with a 5 day minimum stay across the Christmas and New Year period.

Prague is a fairy-tale town of magical beauty sitting at the very hearth of Europe.
The Prague Castle, Vltava and autumn.... Frequently it is said to be difficult or even impossible to admire it fully in the course of several days only. Even more intricate is thus trying to introduce it using nothing but a couple of words.

Should I attempt to preface the city of a hundred spires, its lovely architecture cannot be forgotten. Search in your memory for a name of any style you can think of. Prague will almost certainly have some landmark to offer – be it from hundreds of years ago such as Romanesque rotunda or from numerous eras spanning centuries.

We have 4 great adjacent apartments within this building. You can choose from a 1 bedroom, sleeping 4, two 2 bedroomed apartments, each sleeping up to 7 or 8, and a great 4 bedroomed apartment, sleeping 12.

They are quiet apartments despite being right in the heart of the city centre - only 2 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square and Old Town.

We provide free taxi transfer from the airport or train station on arrival.

We stayed in Wencelas 2 just before Christmas 2010. The apartment is exactly as shown in the photo's on the web. The location is perfect!

We've stayed in many different apartments as we've holidayed in Europe over the last few years. So we didn't expect to have some tea, coffee, sugar, salt etc. supplied. The complementary taxi pick up from the airport is also a nice unexpected extra.

After we had left Prague I realised I'd left our passports, some cash and jewellry in the apartment safe. Chris retrieved what we'd left behind and held it for us until we returned to Prague 2 weeks later. Such honesty and helpfulness is not often found today.

I'd thoroughly recommend staying in the Wencelas apartments. They are clean, well located, offer furniture and fittings that make your stay very comfortable AND the service provided is warm, friendly and helpful. We plan on another trip to Europe in 2012 and will definitely stay in these apartments again if we return to Prague.
