Dans une ancienne grange rénovée le fenil d'Evol est la partie destinée à la location de vacances .Situé en moyenne montagne dans les Pyrénées orientales sur la commune d'Olelle ,Evol est classé plus petit beau village de France .Nous sommes à l'écart du village ,au calme en bordure de torrent .Les sentiers de randonnées partent au pied de la maison .

Le fenil est composé d'une pièce entièrement emménagée ,avec coin cuisine ,salle d'eaux ,coin salon avec convertible .Une terrasse avec vue sur la montagne et coin repas et lit de repos sur la terrasse agrémente le gîte .

Un parking privatif est mis à la disposition des clients .Tout l'équipement est neuf ,en bois et à beaucoup de charme .

L'équipement se compose d'un écran plat lecteur DVD ,de meubles style montagne ,frigo,feux vitrocéramique ,bouilloire ,toaster ,four combiné ,cafetière ,théière ,vaisselle soignée, autocuiseur , appareil à raclette, barbecue.et à la buanderie :lave linge ,table à repasser et fer vapeur .congélateur

Loin du bruit des stations il est idéal pour les amoureux de nature ,d'authenticité , de randonnées et de repos ;tout en étant proche des commodités de commerce et sites touristiques . le luxe n'est pas notre priorité mais nous avons tout fait pour préserver l'authenticité de ce site classé plus petit beau village de France . How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Annick (the owner) a message.

If Annick (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
